There is a King-sized bed in the master bedroom, 2 Twin-sized beds in the second bedroom and Queen-sized sofa sleeper in living room. Picked the cheapest option in Breck for a Buck and was very pleased. 2 story condo with 2 bed and 3 bath...plenty room for the 5 of us. Place was very close to everything we needed. Only con was hard beds but otherwise great.

We were very happy with our condo and would definitely go back to River Mountain Lodge. Our condo was very comfortable, spacious and in a wonderful location. We were able to ski right down 4 o'clock trail and were home. Unfortunately, the walls were thin and we had some rowdy neighbors who we heard partying late into the night. The common areas could use some maintenance and sprucing up. The indoor hot tub jets were not working properly and carpeting in hallways should be replaced. The building could use some updating, but the staff was outstanding. Everyone one we talked to was very helpful and courteous. We would definitely go back.

River Mountain Lodge is very convienent to town activities and I highly reccommend it for those wanting to be in the middle of the action.
I was disappointed there were no views from the condo where I stayed and the pool was not warm enough, or in close proximity to the doors going outside.
Overall, I enjoyed our stay very much. The gondola makes the mountain super accessible from town. -

This condo is cute, clean, comfortable, and very well located for skiing or getting into the main part of Breckenridge (one short block off of Main Street). For the first time, we didn't rent a car, and other than the hassle of getting to and from the Denver airport, we had no problems getting to the ski resort or around town.
It is also laid out well - the bedrooms are upstairs and the living area is down (the master bedroom is spacious) - while our daughter was sleeping upstairs, we could be downstairs talking, and she couldn't hear us.
Kitchen is a little small, but fine for a week (unless you are very into cooking). The rental company was great (Peak Properties) - they brought us a frying pan, when we mentioned that there wasn't one in the kitchen.
We would stay there again.
