We had 5 people staying here. Two couples and a fifth person on the sofa-bed. It's a very well maintained apartment. The only concern was that we ran out of hot water on one of the days.
The location is excellent - a 5 minute walk to the lifts. Parking is easy (in the garage underneath the building) and included in the price.
The hot tubs are a bonus although you do have to walk outside for a few minutes to get there.

the room was very nice but being august we had to leave the windows open at night which caused some problems. there are 2 bars right outside and they were so loud they kept us up all night. we were there for a week long bike race and needed sleep. if you want to sleep maybe stay somewhere else. we told the person at checkout and they seemed to know about it but never warned us and never offered to refund us maybe 1 night.

The view from the condo was beautiful. The condo itself was great, felt like we were home and not at a hotel. Location was great because we could walk to shops, eateries, entertainment, etc. Breckenridge is a beautiful city. The staff was very helpful and courteous and the packet in the condo was very helpful with needed information including medical facilities. Thank you.

Nicely appointed room. Right in town close to all the night life. Elevator inconvenient and stairs became tedious. Very good value.
