This is a perfect location...close to lift but not noisy..3rd floor is great..can walk to everything! Condo is nice, tv in tough locale, have to strain neck to watch it...needs new rug throughout...great to have your own hotub but jets not strong and water is just warm...can't change temp. Would def rent again though...bathrooms great. Bedrooms too..kitchen just fine...living area a bit small but who cares?

The condo was the perfect mountain get away. The private hot tub, fireplace, and great location enhanced our stay in the scenic and quaint town of Breckenridge.

great place, looks exactly like the pictures- no deceiving pictures online like many others, great location in the heart of breckenridge, went with two small children and i would definitely recommend it

It was a beautiful condo and we enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was very nice and we should have used it more. The hot tub was the highlight and we used it every day. And the snow was fantastic.

Park avenue Lofts was perfectly located and was within easy walking distance to lifts, ski rentals and restaurants and shops.The only negative was that the radiant heating system did not work well in the second bedroom on the main floor so it was very cold in there even with toe door open. The caretaker provided us with a heater but between that noise and the noise of the outdoor hot tub above it was hard to sleep. The unit was very clean and very well supplied. The storage in the bedrooms is minimal but the bathrooms make up for that. There were some maintenance issues with a shower and dishwasher while we were there but were taken care of quickly. Would stay there again.

This trip was planned with long time friends, nearly fifty years of laughter and love. The few days in Breckenridge were a delightful respite after the hot and humid Texas summer. The Loft unit was excellentaly appointed and the staff at Great Western Lodging was most helpful with every aspect of our stay. Breckenridge was a pleasant little village which showed much hospitality, even to we four "old folks", over seventy. Thank you all and especially the "Man" who controls the beautiful weather!

Spent the Weekend for oktoberfest. Great location at south end of across the lake. A 5 minute walk to downtown. We will be back next year!

This was our fourth time staying at Park Avenue Lofts. We love the location. It is both convenient to the slopes and to Main Street. Breckenridge is our favorite ski resort, and we love staying at Park Avenue Lofts.

Awesome experience - condo was in a perfect location and close to everything. Great Western Lodging answered multiple (email) questions and was very helpful! If you need a crib~highchair, look-up Jennifer at www.happykidtraveling.com - they delivered a full-size crib and high-chair to the condo and car-seats to the car rental place!
This was our first trip to Breckinridge and our first time dealing with GWT...we will definitely return and definitely use GWT again!
Positives: Great location, great company (GWT), clean
Points-to-consider: If you are planning a trip to Breck, definitely check out this condo and this rental company as you will NOT be disappointed! -
