There is something special about Alpine Majesty with 5 levels of post and beam glamorous log charm. Alpine Majesty a premier Colorado Rocky Mountain luxury vacation rental ski haus rises five stories and 6500 square feet. Once you have stayed, you will return year after year - winter or summer beckons in your dreams.

The second level has the family media room with large screen LCD TV, wet bar with icemaker, beverage refrigerator, microwave, pool table and LCD TV. A 'Cub's Den' (bunk room perfect for the kids) with four bunk beds and TV/DVD off the family media room, has a bathroom with large shower. Laundry closet on this level.

T...he third level of this new luxury home is beautifully arranged with a gorgeous panoramic Great Room with exposed log beams, stone fireplace and beautiful hickory floors; large kitchen with Viking and GE Monogram appliances. The separate dining room has a large table and seats 8. Great Room deck featuring log railings, barbeque grill, private hot tub and outdoor furniture. Off the great room is a bedroom with a queen size bed and TV.

Take the stairs to the fourth level, where you will find a bridge that overlooks the interior moss rock fireplace. Smokers - You will also find the exterior cigar porch over the front entry with a gas infrared heater.

There is another laundry closet off the cigar porch with front-load washer and a front load gas dryer. On this level you will find two suites with their own Jacuzzi tubs. The North suite has a king size bed, TV, private bathroom and private balcony. The South suite has a king size bed with a private bathroom.

The fifth level consists of the Loft Suite. The suite (perfect for brides-to-be) has a king size bed and sleeper sofa, walk in closet, and private balcony. There is also a large sitting area with love seat, sleeper sofa and TV. The 'Sunrise' deck is perfect for your early morning coffee. The luxury bath with moss rock and patina copper accents, has a huge double shower and Jacuzzi tub.

Decks and balconies are located on all sides of this custom designed home. The hot tub, located off the great room and on the great room deck, seats 6 people. Featuring deck furnishings, log railings, stone walls; this deck can be enjoyed year round. The 'Sunrise Deck' located off the Loft Suite is the perfect place for sunrises and early morning coffee or tea.

The exterior grounds are be blanketed with groundcover such as wildflowers, Sedum 'Autumn Joy', Hybrid Delphinium, Snow in Summer, Kinnikinnick and Catmint. Shrubbery will include Cinquefoil, Red Twig Dogwood, Siberian Pea, Mugo Pine. Woods Rose and Alpine Currant. Privacy trees include Aspen, Ponderosa Pine and Ornamental, Colorado Blue and Engelman Spruce trees.

The exterior kitchen patio area faces a natural 'snow-melt' waterfall and when the snow melt subsides and the waterfall slows to trickle, just flip a switch and the waterfall will again come to life with its own water supply from the lower holding pond. Large patio off kitchen with wood fire pit, perfect for star gazing and marshmallow roasting.

  We spent a week at alpine Majesty with our three adult children and their spouses plus their 8 children (our grandchildren) - 16 souls in all. The house is large enough to comfortably accommodate a group of this size. There are enough bedrooms and baths to provide privacy and sleeping flexibility, although the convertible beds are not suitable for adults. The kitchen is well equipped with pots, pans and small electrics as well as dishes and utensils for 16. Our group cooked in, carried in and ate out, which worked well for us. Weather permitting, we had the adults eat outside on the deck while the kids were served in the dining room (seating for 8). The hot tub was a great place for groups to congregate after the day's activities. We liked the Peak 7 location since it was quiet, yet close to the gondola and Peak 8 attractions - and only a short drive to downtown. All-in-all, it was a wonderful place for a family reunion!

  Nices house for a large group

  Excellent house for a group of couples. It has all the amenities, a bathroom and a shower available for each room.
  The only thing I did not like was the dinning room, it felt for me like too separate from the house and in a very little room.
  Bar and pool table are awesome to spend the evening after the hottub.

  We recently took a vacation and decided to stay at the Alpine Majesty in Breckenridge. It was absolutely stunning. Everything we could have wished for and more. The house alone upon walking in is just amazing. The wood, the appliances, the spa, the billiards table, etc. We had a small family reunion while we were there and everyone that attended was blown away by the beauty of the house. Not only was the house amazing but the staff at Paragon Lodging was also incredible. We booked our stay through Jill and everything she described was exactly how it was. She had everything set up for us just as she told us she would. We couldn't be happier with he ammount of service Paragon Lodging and Jill provided. If you call in to book this or any house through Paragon Lodging I recommend you ask for Jill, I know she will take care of you as she did for us. Just amazing, thank you Jill. She said if we ever had an issue to call her anytime and she would resolve it, our only issue was that we wanted to stay longer!!! The place was amazing, the service was excellent, and I highly recommend Alpine Majesty or any of the beautiful places Paragon Lodging has to offer. I know we plan to make another trip out sometime very very soon. So Jill I will be asking for you when I call!!! To sum it up we just had an amazing, awesome time with friends and family and everything was so perfect. Thanks again to jill and Paragon Lodging.

  We came to Alpine Majesty for my husband's 30th birthday. The service we recieved was wonderful from start to finish. This house is absolutely beautiful with all of the upgrades and water features. We had so much fun with the pool table, hot tub, bar and being so close to town was great. We will have to come back and visit again!

  Mountains of fun!

  House was excellent. Perfect for group of kids. Only two problems we had. First the house is very close to Peaks 8 and 9. Sounds good, but there is no parking or skier droppff area. Had to drive all the way down the mountain to take the gondola back up. Very inconvenient. Second, the hot tub needed to be serviced mid week. Maybe there was a procedure for that, I don't know. Overall a great trip.

  Yes the skier parking is always issue on Peak 8! But we are happy to accommodate our guests with available parking in our lot as we are just across from the gondola in town. The hot tub typically does not need attention during your stay, but weather and unforeseen conditions can require a mid week service. The tubs are cleaned and prepared for every visit. We are appreciate your feedback!

  Clean house, spatious, beautiful decoration and as described! Location wasn't too bad either! About a mile away from where it's happening.
  
  For the money it was definitely worth it, specially if you have a big group!
