Every year we get 8-10 friends together to go skiing for a week. We love this location cause it is ski in ski out. We enjoy saving a few bucks and cooking together at the condo and while enjoying each others stories.
My favorite is getting back to the condo at 4 o'clock and sitting in the hot tub on the deck with a beverage and watching the other skiers come down 4 o'clock run.
Then it is a quick block and a half hike to the nearest buss pick up to go into town for a few social drinks.
The only reason I would not recommend this condo is to keep it available for me and my group of friends. :)

75 Tall Pines exceeded our expectations. The pictures don't do justice to this place. It's so much roomier than it appears, and the floorplan is great for a large group. We wanted a 4 bedroom ski-in/ski-out and this property was great. The bonus is the hot tub on the deck after a day of skiing! You can sip a glass of wine, soothe your tired muscles and watch the last skiiers heading home. Getting to the lifts is a little tricky at first. You have to put your skis on and go down a small trail then take them off to cross a street, then put them on again. That would be the only downside to this place, but the positives outweigh this so much it's hardly worth mentioning. The kitchen is well stocked and the whole place is tastefully decorated and very clean. When we go back to Breckenridge we will definitely plan our trip around the availability of this townhome.

We rented this unit as it was able to accommodate the entire family traveling with us (10). There was room to spare. The ability to ski down to the snowflake lift was perfect and the line there was not long at all each time we started off there. The kitchen was fully stocked with all needed pots, pans, utensils etc? Having the hot tub right off the deck was an added plus. A turn-key rental.
