This vacation house made our stay in Breckenridge absolutely remarkable. The home is perfectly located in town with brilliant views of the peaks right from the family room and Master Bedroom. The house is upper end with all of the amenities. Highly recommend this home as well as working with Paragon Lodging.

Rustic Timber Lodge is a great getaway mountain experience located conveniently to Breckenridge. The tri-level design is most accomodating and encourages entertaining. The kitchen is wonderfully planned and has the utmost in accomodations. Caution should be exercised with making sure that the doors in the upstairs guest suite and the living room are properly shut and locked. We had a problem with the security of the doors that caused quite a concern. Other than this, Rustic Timber Lodge is an absolutely wonderful property that made us feel at home for the week between Christmas and New Year's.

The Rustic Timber Lodge in Breckenridge was absolutely beautiful and the best setting for the 7 lucky members of our family! We relaxed, cooked, went hot tubbing, listened to music, watched movies and hiked the numerous trails right near the cabin! It was centrally located and had just about everything you needed right at your fingertips! We are definitely planning on returning! Loved Loved Loved it!!!

I can think of nothing the house didn't have, except propane for the gas grill which we gladly filled.One of the bedrooms had two twin beds that were too short for my older boys, but a sofa worked great for one of them. We loved the location and all the lovely amenities. The only thing that was a potential problem was how narrow the garage doors were. We did not even attempt to park one of our cars and the other one worked with the mirrors pulled in. Again, it really wasn't a big issue because the weather was so nice.

The "Rustic" home is an absolutely beautiful mountain retreat. The decor of this home is very appealing and comfortable. It definitely has a "wow" factor. The kitchen is fantastic, large, and a wonderful family gathering place. The amenities of the kitchen will allow for a gourmet meal if you choose to do so. Another favorite gathering area, the main floor family room. There are generous leather sofa's, enormous window's (which are throughout the home) with mountain views, and a phenominal WOOD burning fireplace. Just outside of the family room, step outside onto the patio to a generously sized jacuuzi. There is an additional lower level family room with a gas fireplace. An ideal room for the kid's to relax and enjoy some gaming time. (We bring our WII) A tiled laundry/mudroom off of the garage is a convenient place to remove wet clothing and boots. It too, is very generous in size...with cubby shelves, a large bench, and ample racks to hang laundry and/or damp clothing without tracking through the home. A coded keypad on the exterior of the garage, makes accessibility to this room and the home just another added plus. It takes away the hassle of keys or remotes, especially with kid's. Another added bonus..the sledding hill and dog park access just down the street from the home. The only negative of the amenities in this home in our view, there are no t.v.'s in the bedrooms. It does take some individual privacy away from guests. With all of that said, also worth mentioning...the leasing company that the owner works with. One word, incredible. The agents, maintenance team, and cleaning crew also deserve 5 stars. They make your stay the best that they possibly can, without an attitude of inconvenience. We highly recommend this home, and look forward to our return visit this year!!

The Rustic Timber Lodge exceeded our expectations. We've all seen pictures
that do not seem to be "real". Well, this was worth taking that chance. It was
our home away from home. Our young daughters will never forget their ski
vacation with nana and papa. We cooked two of the four nights and found
they had thought of everything we might need in the kitchen. We had even
brought staple stuff (TP, paper towels, soap, etc.) and found the home was
ready for us. We would stay at Rustic Timber Lodge again! The neighborhood
was quiet and beautiful. We even built a snowman in the backyard and our
dog even helped! The location was close enough to walk to the bus if we
wanted. Couldn't ask for much better. The only thing that could be improved
is maybe a tv in the master. I can't think of anything else negative. It will be

We loved the home, the location and the service provided by Paragon. We have rented from Paragon 6 or 7 years and would have done more often if we could find large homes within walking distance to town since we have young grandchildren. We love being by the park and downtown but cannot praise Paragon enough for their service and the cleanliness of the homes we have rented.
