Our group of 18 loved every minute of our stay at SkyDance. The house was nicely appointed, the kitchen was top of the line and fully stocked to prepare meals for large groups, and the large deck has gorgeous views. The house is close to downtown, yet private. We will definitely come back.
Gorgeous house with an amazing view!

The house is amazing. Our only problem was the audio/visual tecnology on the main floor. Only the most sophisticated in our group could turn on Dvds and get the sound working correctly. This problem should be corrected.
Nana's 70th Birthday Party

Skydance is a beautiful house with an amazing view. Our family of 16 (ranging in age from 7-71) had a fantastic time. The only thing missing...Air conditioning!!! I know air conditioning is not a common thing in Colorado, especially in the mountains, but the kitchen and master bedroom were hot! We had brought fans with us, but they just stirred up hot air. The middle two levels were cool, but I could not do stairs, so I, who needed the coolest room, was in the warmest room. The house was fully stocked, beautifully furnished and had lots of space to spread out. It was a perfect place for our family vacation/my 70th birthday.

Good size for large family. Lots to keep them busy.
Within walking distance of town if you are in good
physical shape. Would like to have been able to use
all of the fold out sofa beds. One needs fixing. Everything
else including the kitchen and eating areas, the grill and
hot tub were great.
Beautiful house but needs some maintenance attention...

Our family group (12 adults) stayed at SkyDance in October 2009. The house
is beautiful but definitely needs some maintenance attention. I believe (but am
not certain) that the house was recently recarpeted; unfortunately, the carpet
was not laid properly and is now bunching and pulling up in many locations
throughout the house. This problem is especially prevalent in the bedrooms
and gives a somewhat tacky, low-rent appearance to the property.
Additionally, the heating pipes clanked every few hours during our stay; they
were particularly loud during the quiet nights and woke every single person up
at least once per night. The ice machine is also irritatingly loud, but if you have
a talkative group or loud TV on, you will probably not notice this. I think
SkyDance is a truly lovely home, but I also think that these problems are not
what one would expect in a house that might rent for upwards of $2500 per
night during high season.

Sky Dance is one of the most beautiful properties in Breckenridge. The kitchen and
dining area is designed for entertaining large groups. The 6 bedrooms easily
accomodated all 12 of us. The rec room with pool table and door to the ski slope is
perfect. I would recommend SkyDance to anyone. Read more
