Rented here three years in a row. Paragon has always been "First Class" in customer service, and the home itself is so comfortable/great location.

      great location..

Left on 01/18/2011 for a stay in January 2011

the location was excellent. The only complaints were the water pressure and The beds. They all could have used new mattresses but at the least new linens would have gone along way. Other then that we had a blast

For the most part, judging the vacation--very good. The place is a fableous location The size worked with our family. We enloyed our selves for the holiday. However, the house truly needs some TLC. The Oven/Microwave both ruined 2 full we dared try to cook for all of us. Both the microwave and oven quit working about 1/2 the way through the prepration time. What a mess. After it cooled down they both came back on. The modem conked out on the 3rd day. Never got it replaced. The railing on the deck off the front of the house was very loose. I felt it was dangereous. The mattresses on the twin beds were way to broken down. The green blinds in the King bedroom on the top floor, would not go up and down, They were broken. Like I said you need to fix it up because it is a good place. We really liked it but it needed lots of help. I would stay there again only if it was fixed up.

      Location, Comfort, & More

Left on 02/28/2010 for a stay in January 2010

The Dogwood was in a perfect location for our group. We could walk down the drive to the in-town gondola, shopping center, and directly onto Main. The cabin/condo was very nicely appointed throughout and the deep soaking tubs were a bonus. The only space challenge was the bedroom with 2 bunkbeds, as there wasn't space for luggage in that room.

The service from the Paragon staff was always friendly and professional. The only unexpected frustration was the snow shovler hired to remove snow off the decks. This would have been fine except for that he let himself into the house without a knock or even announcement. Quite the invasion of privacy especially since several girls of our group routinely stayed home alone during the day.

Outside of the uninvited shoveler, the experience provided by Paragon was outstanding.

      Great Condo

Left on 12/30/2009 for a stay in December 2009

I found the condo online and it was very easy to book with Paragon. They were very quick in responding and answering all questions. The condo is very well appointed and the kitchen supplies were great. We cooked for a group of 11 every night. Having a gas grill and the hot tub on the patio right out of the main sliding door was great. The location of the condo was very convient to the store, gondola and town. The only draw back was the condo is listed as a ski-in/ski-out. It is very easy to ski into the condo, but there is not a good ski out available. You would have to ski down, take your skies off, cross the road, and walk over to the gondola. I would recommend this condo and we are thinking about trying to rent it again for our group.

      awesome!

Left on 08/25/2009 for a stay in February 2009

The property was fantastic. I went with several freinds and we could not have asked for anything more. The townhome was very close to downtown and the ski-in ski-out capability could not have been any better. The hot tub hit the spot at night and the view was amazing. Thank you!
