Had a great time during our January Colorado vacation. The house is very comfortable, clean and in a perfect location. House is also child friendly. We will come back in 2012.

Resort Managers were excellent to deal with. Everything was very simple and went very smooth.
The house was awesome! Much more than I expected. Everything about the house was great - kitchen, bedrooms, beds, huge bathroom, relaxing living room, huge deck and upper deck, nice hot tub but nothing can beat waking up in the morning and seeing the sun rise over Bald Mountain! -

The house was super and met all of needs with 4 adults and 3 children. Room for the kids to play. Only issue was the 2mile drive to town versus walking to a resturant or to see the city. Probably a great summer vacation!

We really enjoyed staying in this house! It is in a beautiful neighborhood about 5 minutes outside of Breckenridge, has all the modern amenities, including a wonderful kitchen. The teen-agers enjoyed the basement downstairs which has two bedrooms and a big screen TV. The master upstairs looks out onto the mountains. Beautiful hiking areas right outside your door!

My family had a great time for 5 days in Sunny?s Lodge. The house is perfectly located for vacationers. It only takes 5-10 min to get to Breckenridge downtown and to many hiking trails. It is also a great place for mountain biking as well as road biking. After hiking and biking, I relaxed in the Jacuzzi while drinking beer and enjoying the mountain views. What a Life! I loved the big flat screen TV, and my wife loved the spacious kitchen with all sorts of cooking stuff. This house is a perfect place for a large family gathering. We will definitely come back.
