We went to Breck for a family Thanksgiving getaway with our three teenagers. The condo we originally booked was dreadfully misrepresented online so we had to switch accommodation on Thanksgiving day to fit our family comfortably. 111 Woods Drive was fantastic. The spacious layout gave us plenty of room to spend time indoors together as well as the privacy to spread out a bit. The hot tub on the deck was great and the skiway to the Gondola was super-convenient. I'd defintely recommend this house to anyone looking to visit Brack with one or more families.

The space, location and cleanliness of this unit are fantastic. The only concerns I have are...The handle on the downstairs bedroom door to the outside does not work - and since there are no windows, there is no way to get any fresh air in the room. There is a light fixture going up the stairs that is broken, but the light itself still works. These are the only bad things about this rental everything is was really good. Walking distance to town and gondola unless you have very young kids. Everything else was great. Would definitely rent this unit again if the handle on the door was fixed. Made for a couple of stuffy nights.

Nice, clean, well built, well maintained, modern home. Our friends out of country and we, three couples and one single person, come for a short skiing vacation and enjoyed our five nights stay. The gondola and shuttle are very close, so we didn't have to drive to ski. The home had everything what we expected. Some of us enjoy cooking and the kitchen had the necessary stuff and supermarket is within 5 minutes walk.

We had a wonderful time. The maintenance people were outstanding at responding to our requests.
Still waiting for refund of security deposit from corporation. However, all services coming from Breckenridge were excellent. -

We stayed at Woods 111 during Easter week. We had a wonderful time. The condo was extremely nice and well appointed. The location was not as convenient to the gondola as we originally thought but the free shuttle service was wonderful. The walk to the gondola from the condo was not fun, but the ski back on four o-clock run was nice. Our drivers, Colin and Drew were great and very accommodating to our every need. There were 8 people all together and we were all very comfortable.

We really liked the house. The location was very good, especially with the free shuttle, which was an excellent, friendly service. We were impressed that the hot tub was checked every couple of days. A window in the master bedroom was cracked, and a faucet was broken, so we contacted Claudia because we didn't want to be held responsible for them. She was extremely helpful and pleasant. On the negative side, the biggest problem was the lack of blinds in the master bedroom. This affected privacy, light and the temperature in the room. The saucepans weren't very clean - I had to scour one for ages to get rid of burnt bits. The hob also had burnt-on grease. We had been warned that the cleaning crew had got a late start, so that may have been the reason. We wanted to grill one night, but the grill was so dirty that it couldn't be used. The living room could have been larger - if all the bedrooms are occupied there aren't really enough comfortable chairs! It wasn't very practical for crawling babies because of all the stairs, but we knew that when we rented! On the whole, though, it worked extremely well and we were very satisfied. We didn't want to leave, and would be happy to rent again!
