After a confusing start (the paperwork said: pls.leave the key after your vacation back in the keybox - but there was no key in the envelope!) we got the information from the emergency number, that the code for the lock was given on the paper, which by accident was exactly the same code as for the key-box! and therefore a bit confusing.
The house was good and clean, but you could see some areas which show the age of the house. Some of the shower armatures would really need to be replaced and the extractor hood made silly noises during the whole stay. Also the hot-tub was not in working condition. A temperature of only around 82° is definitely not warm enough to sit in. After we complained, one of your service people came round, but could not do anything. So we could not use the tub at all - which really dissappointed us in some way. Paying for it and not getting the service.
Also the description of how to find the house is not accurate and let to some confusion. This should definitely be thought over.
In general everything was o.k - but can be improved. -

Guys, the house is perfect to host a big party like hours, we do want to book this house for our next trip, The team at the office was great help full and always there for us even with the storm with no water or electricity , we had a great time

The house was enormous, with plenty of room for the 24 of us. Plenty of space for cooking/lounging after a hard day of skiing, and the views from the bay windows/hot tub are fantastic. A great experience!

We had a great time. The home was very large and big enough for everyone! We enjoyed cooking each night in the large kitchen. The hot tub was easy access out the back door. It is located on a steep hill so be prepared to drive up even if you have 2 wheel vehicles.
