We stayed fourteen nights the staff at great western lodging were excellent ,had a couple of problems sorted immediately . Property was huge very comfortable.
Good location not to far from lifts seems further away at end of the day. Pool and hot tubs 100 yards away , short walk into town,short drive to supermarket.
No real dislikes except toilet in master bedroom to small you have to do a three point turn so you can close the door.

First time visiting Breck. One Breck Place is within walking distance to slopes (peak 9), shops and dining. Nice layout and beds were comfortable. Liked being able to come back for lunch.
Service was very good and they looked after our needs. If you can't afford ski in/ski out then this is a very good alternative.

We recently stayed in this spacious beautiful townhouse nestled at the base of the mountains in Brencekridge with a total of six people. It was easy for our skiers to go in and out to get to the ski hill. They could also get to the hot tub after the ski adventures in no time.
The townhouse was well-stocked with all that you would need to stay there and was very clean.
The service of Great Western Lodging was terrific. We will return again to our Breck.

Great western lodging (the mgmt company) was great and provided everything needed. The home itself was plenty nice and was a great location. The only thing I'd recommend changing - and I know it's incredibly minor - is to change out the truly commercial soap, toilet paper, paper towels, for something more homely. It would cost so little and would create a different feel. Read more

The condo was very nice and well equipped. We had a problem with a blind in the master bedroom and the pilot light on the fireplace went out. We told the office about it and it was fixed the same day.
Due to the fact that we are repeated customers, we were a little taken back that the $300 damage deposit was charged to our account upon check-in.

Great news about the immediate response from the Maintenance Department on the blinds and pilot light! I double checked on the $300 and it was just an authorization, nothing was charged to your card, but I wanted to apologize that the change in this policy was not communicated.
This was a recent change to $100/bedroom authorization upon check-in and I am going to investigate as this information should have been listed on the confirmation, policies, etc. Everything received from us should have reflected the updated details, so I will definitely look into this.

But when it comes to the owners of the condos its another story I have twice now been bumped from my the unit I signed up for and within month of the time we were coming very upsetting to have to look for other property because of the owners selling or wanting for other reasons.Location to main street and walking distance its perfect no need to drive to get around.We love the place its clean very comfortable safe as well quiet to enjoy hangout or what ever it is your into.
