Wow! What a house! Our group of 10 was here over Thanksgiving week. It was great! Great location - can walk to base of peak 8, nice furnishings, and space! The Visit Breck office was great with any questions we had.
Only small issue is they might consider replacing some of their kitchen pots & utensils. We came here with the intent to cook and found really old scratched pans that made it a little difficult. That is fine for some old condo rental, but I expected a little better for this place. Also - a few more cleaning items (Windex or Mr. Clean) would be nice.

We rented the house to lodge a bridal party and bride's family for a wedding. It was wonderful! Plenty of room, basement- gameroom- tv-movie room- was perfect for all the entertaining! Lots of beds and bathrooms! Staff took care of all our requests immediately! Couldn't have been better!
The beautiful setting almost outweighed the maintenance issues with the house...almost. The home is comfortable, beautifully furnished, but there are a lot of stairs and a lack of private sleeping areas. We rented this property for a family reunion. We were told it slept more than 20. I assumed that meant privately, but there were really only three private rooms. The three other bedrooms were crammed full of bunk beds, which made the sleeping arrangements quite awkward. My oldest daughter slept in a room with her husband and all three kids. Not the end of the world. But my married son and his wife and baby were forced to sleep in the same bedroom with my married daughter, her husband, and our single daughter and single son. Good thing they're all friends...Add to that, the back door handle that came off in our hands, the stuffing that spewed from the damaged couches in the movie room, the leaky fridge in the laundry room and several other maintenance issues, and I can't give this rental the kudos it probably deserves. The setting is beautiful. The home is clean. It just needs some work.
Perfect experience with children and grandchildren

This was a great house for our family. We could all be together when we needed to and there was plenty of space to feel unencumbered. The beds were plentiful and comfortable, and the towels were adequate. The refrigerators were not working to capacity and that caused a bit of a problem with drinks and water especially with the younger ones that were used to getting water out of the spout on the front but that was minor. The hot tubs were awesome and a wonderful activity for the end of the day. All in all we loved Villa anozira.

The staff was great to work with from booking to our actual trip. This home is huge and has plenty of sleeping, living, and recreation space. We had a mens trip and all had our own beds, but it would be ideal for 3 families with lots of kids. I am already excited to plan a trip for next year and stay in this house again.

This rental property provided all of the amenities our group of 23 needed (plenty of beds, 2 hot tubs, lots of space, etc.). The only downside that we experienced was the size hot water heater could not accommodate 23 showers at the end of the day.
