This was the second year we stayed at Clare's In Town and our 10th year in a row skiing Breckenridge! Clare's In Town was awesome again!!! It is an amazing home!!! The three levels give privacy and comfort! The bottom level was perfect for our high school/college kids! The two master bedrooms were perfect for both families! The house was equipped with everything you need! The location is perfect, enabling you to easily walk to main street of Breckenridge! I don't want to forget the hot tub on the patio,it is amazing! We sat in the hot tub after a long day of skiing and enjoyed the view of the mountain!!! It just doesn't get any better!!! I promise you!!! Paragon Lodging was first class! Their staff was very professional, friendly, helpful & courteous! Great people!

I had never been to Breckenridge and honestly didn't know where to look for lodging. We hit the jackpot with this house! First and foremost, Clare's in Town is a gorgeous & enormous house. We had four couples staying in this five bedroom house, and we had more than enough room to spread out. We enjoyed cooking meals in the fully-stocked kitchen and relaxing in the hot tub after a day of skiing. Also, the location of Clare's in Town can't be beat. The first night we actually walked to dinner at the Breckenridge Brewery. The ski rental shop was right around the corner, and the slopes just down the street (peak 9). An array of great shops and restaurants were right at our fingertips. We had an amazing trip to Breck and can't wait to come back!

Everyone - old and young alike - said, "This place is great!"
It was convenient to downtown, comfortable, quiet, spacious, and had all of the comforts of a luxury vacation home. Each of the 10 to 12 people in our family could escape to their quiet corner of the house or join the gatherings in the kitchen, around the pool table, in the hot tub, or watching sports on TV. The only recommendation we'd make is that some of the mechanical aspects (shower faucets, electrical outlets, TV operation) be checked and repaired for the next visitors. -

This house was just what our group needed. It had every amenity we could ask for-especially the kitchen equipment for making a Thanksgiving Dinner. The kids loved the lower level and the adults loved the upper levels. I would recommned this to anyone.
The location was really good. Close to the bus for skiing and close to downtown. -

Our experience was fantastic. We had 8 adults and 7 children (5 under the age of 3) and there was plenty of room to spread out. I could always find a quiet room to get away if I needed.
My family had the smallest bedroom (upstairs to the back of the house) and we thought is was so roomy and comfortable. We did have some problems getting the shower handle to work but there were so many showers we just went to a different room.
The kitchen was fantastic and accommodated all of our cooking and food prep nicely.
It was in a great quiet neighborhood and an easy walk to downtown. I would love to stay here on future visits. -

Clare's in Town far exceeded our expectations! We had 4 families staying in one home and we were very apprehensive about having enough space. Clare's had ample space and the amenities to keep everybody happy. Everything from the well stocked kitchen to the comfortable bedrooms was perfect!! We can't wait to come back again!

We were a group of 8 adults and 7 children traveling to Breckenridge from all over the us. This house was perfect for all of us and the kids loved it. Plenty of room to escape the chaos if needed. Beds were very comfortable and we all felt like we were at home. We will for sure be back in the Winter to enjoy this luxary home.

This was by far the best vacation home we have ever rented and we have been vacationing quite often for the past 20 years. Location was great. The house was equipped with everything you can think of. It was well thought out to enhance the vacation experience of its guests. Great job!

Coming home to Clare's after a long day of skiing and riding was a blessing. Loads of space,hot tub to relax in, WII tournaments, huge kitchen and beautiful rooms with huge tubs and showers. Having my team at the house really kept everyones spirits high and the vibes were always good eating dinner in the spacious kitchen. Thanks again for an incredible experience. Berto
