Great location. Our room had an awesome view of the slopes and very convenient location to the restaurant, downtown, chairlift, stores. It was nice having heated parking in the building. The lobby and housekeeping staff were very friendly and pleasant. We liked the health center - plenty of hot tubs, and sauna and steam room were nice after long day of skiing. The building itself was a bit worn and used and is need of a facelift and some upgrades. Our room was a bit worn as well, and could use some upgrades (appliances and TV, etc. very dated). Biggest complaint was beds were very uncomfortable. The sleeper sofa mattress was extremely uncomfortable. I'd say great for college students on a budget. Overall it was the location we wanted, and we valued that over luxury, as we spent most of the time skiing and not in the room.
