Breck Splendor is a luxurious 6 Bedroom, ski in/out home nestled amongst million dollar homes in Warriors Mark West. (Sleeps 17 in beds in the 6 bedrooms). The house is located in an exclusive, friendly neighborhood right next to the Peak National Forest. It is a short 100-yard walk to put on your skies and ski to the Beaver Run Chair Lift on Peak 9. You will ski out on Peak 9 and ski back or either Peak 9 or 10. You have several options for returning based on your ski level. Green skiers can easily handle Peak 9.

I can't say enough about how nice this home is. It has everything, great location, beautiful views, great kitichen, amazing hot tub and plenty of room for lots of people. It was a short walk to get to put your skis on ( even my kids didn't complain about it) coming home was a fun ski through the woods on a very easy trail.
The service was great, Bill the property manager was very helpful and renting was a breeze.
Look forward to going back soon! -

This home is called Breck Splendor, the absolute perfect name for it.
From the time you walk through the door to the main open room with large windows and a magnificent view. The rooms are spacious and have plenty of windows to feel cozy and open. You can sit under the stars in your own private hot tub or BBQ on the large open deck that looks out over the mountains. It is such a pleasure to stay in a home that is so well taken care of by people who truly love and count their blessings to have such nice things. This home has more than you need to make your stay a much needed and memorable vacation. I am thankful and blessed to have made some special memories at this wonderful home. Location is perfect to all your outdoor needs. -

My family and I stayed in this beautiful home for four nights and five days and were incredibly impressed by it's beauty and views. Breck Splendor is tastefully decorated with furnishings and amenities not normally found in a rental home.
If we weren't in one of the most beautiful parts of the country we would have been satisfied to stay indoors playing Foosball, soaking in the large hot tub or sipping a glass of wine on one of the panoramic decks.
We really liked the fact that the home is located only one block from one of the most wonderful hiking trails in town.
We used to live in Breck full time but are now annual visitors. We will be sure to build our travel schedule around the availability of this home from now on. -

Our stay at Breck Splendor was exceptional. The house was immaculate, beautifully decorated and spacious. We had a large family gathering there and it was more than adequate for our group. The game room was enjoyed by both old and young alike as was the private hot tub. The gourmet kitchen proved to be the gathering place for all and was equipped with every appliance and utensil imaginable. The deck provided relaxation outdoors with spectacular mountain views. We could go on and on but you have to experience this property to truly appreciate it's splendor. The property manager and owner were highly accommodating and met our every need. We give it our highest recommendation. The property was also in close proximity to the town of Breckenridge as well as hiking and skiing opportunities.

We came to Breckenridge with a fairly large group (8 guys). The house was fantastic. Lots of beds with nice bedrooms. The hot tub was perfect for our large group as well. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back here if we could.

This is truly a magnificant mountain home! Our family came up here and enjoyed every minute. There is so much to do; skiing, sledding, snow shoeing! The views from the upstairs are spectacular! The game room was great for the kids and we all loved the hot tub. Thank you so much!

The location was fantastic and satisfied all our desires: close enough to enjoy the energy of Main Street, but just far enough to enjoy the solitude of the Rocky Mountains. The 2 large, cozy living rooms were perfect for entertaining large groups, but we also enjoyed the privacy offered by the spacious bedrooms. It had all the amenities we could have hoped for plus beautiful mountain views. There is no doubt that we will return again.

This house has everything whether your with a large group or just trying to spend some quality family time. Every detail of this house was carefully thought out. It has large living spaces and spacious well appointed bedrooms. The master bath is truly a work of art. The art work, the furniture, the fabulous kitchen all make you feel warm and truly added to our vacation experience. The kids had great fun playing in the game room. The hot tub was one of the best I've ever experienced and sure felt great after a day on the slopes. It was so nice to be able to walk to the path that takes you right to the Peak 9 base, and to be able to ski right back to within a block of the house was fantastic.

My family and I stayed at this house in Jan 2010. The view is absolutely breaktaking. It was an easy walk for ski in and ski out. The pictures does not do this place justice. Everything is first class about this rental, from the furnture to the fixture in the house. This is nicer then any home we have owned. The house is easy to get to and a short drive from downtown Breckenridge. You could easily walk to town in the summer. The property is emaculate and well maintained. I would highly recommend this house for anyone looking for a winter retreat.

The accommodations are well appointed and met our every need. All rooms are large and comfortable. The baths are nice size. The kitchen is easy to work in. The living area is very comfortable either for a large or smaller group. But the best part of all are the views from all the main rooms. We would highly recommend this home to anyone who enjoys comfort and warm atmosphere to share with family and friends.

The Townsend home is a beautiful place with all the extras. Game Room, multi media room, hot tub, a lot of space to relax and spread out. Enough beds for 17 people. I loved the granite and 30 foot ceiling with a view of Mount Baldy. It was enjoyable sking at Breckenridge and enjoyable having a glass of wine and looking at Mountains next to a cozy, warm fireplace. I hope to go back again. Kristen and family.

Breckenridge has as much to offer in the summer months as it does during the winter. We just returned from a long weekend at Eagle's Domain with 4 adults and 3 children. Keyes and Carole were very friendly,helpful, and easy to work with...we greatly appreciated their biking suggestions and enjoyed a family bike ride from Frisco to Copper Mountain. The house was very comfortable, beautifully furnished/decorated and in an absolutely gorgeous setting. We will definitely recommend this vacation home to others and look forward to returning in the winter months for some skiing! Thanks for a weekend we'll remember for a long time-

I stayed in Eagles Domain back in February. Loved the location and all the extras that the Townsend family put into this beautiful home. Had 6 adults and 4 teenagers and there was plenty of room to spread out. Great ski in and out location.

Stayed here over the ski season. Great house, plenty of space for kids/family/friends. Hot tub, garage, privacy, double deckc...all very very nice, but the location was incredible. You can walk 30 yards to the trail and ski down to Peak 9. Or, it is less than a 5 minute drive to Downtown/Base of Peak 9. I am planning on staying there again next year.

We had a great time at Eagles Domain. Keyes and Carole were great to work with. The house was very clean and beautiful! We loved how close we were to town and the hiking trails which are right outside the door! The hot tub was wonderful after a fun filled day in Breckenridge. We will definently be going back. A great house for a family vacation, highly recommended!!!
