TopekaGreat stay!
Left on 04/01/2013 for a stay in March 2013
We had a wonderful time at your Gold King condo! The condo was roomy and the hot tub and steam shower were very popular with everyone. We had a fairly large group and still found the property roomy and comfortable. We had too many small children (new to skiing) to take advantage of the Ski-In/Out feature...but still a very quick, convenient ride down to the lifts. The kids and adults had a fantastic time playing charades in the living room in front of the fire. Julie was very helpful in providing us local information and accommodated us with a couple of special requests as well.

TorontoGreat home with everything you need
Left on 02/28/2013 for a stay in February 2013
I recently spent a few nights in this property with a few friends for a ski trip. The house is very clean and comfortable with lots of space and all the amenities you could need. Julie was great in responding to any needs we had while in Breck. The location was good - only a few minutes drive into town and less than an hour to Vail or Keystone. While we were able to ski into the hill, coming back was not a simple task. Julie does however provide a parking pass which I would recommend using. Overall great place that I would highly recommend.

HoustonGreat Stay at 67 Gold King Way!
Left on 01/15/2013 for a stay in January 2013
The property is a fantastic duplex home up in the mountains on the edge of town. The layout and facilities were accurate as to what was advertised. Home was very warm and cozy, with room to accomodate all of us comfortably.
Julie was easy to work with, and everything was just as she had stated.
Thank you! -

Superior COGreat time for Thanksgiving 2012
Left on 11/29/2012 for a stay in November 2012
We had a family reunion in Breckenridge this thanksgiving. The property location is ideal up in the mountains with beautiful surroundings and houses but also not too far away from the main street. We saw a fox twice during our stay in the area. Very cute! Having the free Gondola Parking pass is a plus. The house is very well furnished with comfortable clean beds and sheets. The bathrooms are also adequate. The hot tub on the deck just off the kitchen is very convenient for everyone to enjoy. In the night we enjoyed the beautiful stars while in the hot tub. The kitchen is fully equipped with every thing including most of the herbs and spices you need to cook all your dinners including Thanksgiving Dinners.
The only cons I would have are the following:
1) There are no re-cycling bins in the house. We are very environmentally conscious and would've preferred recycling bins in the house. However, we found recycling center north of town and we took it there ourselves.
2) Since it gets very dry up in the mountains especially in the winter time the lotion provided in the bathrooms were not enough. We exhausted it pretty much the first day and had to buy it ourselves for the other days.
I would recommend this place to friends and relatives and we might as well stay again here. -

Kansas City, MOExcellent accomodations and location
Left on 07/19/2012 for a stay in July 2012
Our family truly enjoyed our experience staying at this location. Plenty of space, great amenities and the location was fantastic. While we were there in the summer, we could see how easy the ski-in/ski-out access would be. For the summer, the Burro Trail made for great day hikes and an easy way to get to town on foot. Julie was easy to work with. We would definitely return.

Denver, COLoved the Blue Ray!
Left on 03/07/2012 for a stay in March 2012
My 3 kids and my wife and I thought that this was the nicest place we have stayed in Breckenridge. The duplex is about 150 yards from the Ski in Ski out trail and this was great so that we did not have to park somewhere else. The house is immuculately kept up. Julie is the most prompt and professional owner that I have encountered. Would stay again in a heart beat.

The house was large, very comfortable and very nicely equipped. We were impressed by every detail the owners have attended to, we wanted for nothing. The decor is luxurious and the location is very close to the ski area and town. It was a wonderful family vacation. We hope to be back soon.

Overland Park, KSWonderful Place, Wonderful Stay
Left on 02/10/2011 for a stay in January 2010
I think the other reviews sum it up very well so not much more to add. We really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen and dining areas allowed us to stay in to eat which was a real money saver and much more enjoyable. We were 6 adults but the house can easily accomodate many more than that with the bunk beds, trundle, etc. Didn't try the ski-in/ski-out so no comment there (we decided to have the non-skier drop us off by the Marriott/Peak 9 entrance). Hot tub was great.

Washington, DCBrecekenridge Ski House
Left on 01/13/2011 for a stay in December 2010
We stayed at Julie's house on Gold King Way in Breckenridge over Christmas 2010. The house is very well-furnished and maintained; Julie is very responsive. It made for a great vacation. The radiant flooring is especially nice on cold mornings! Ski out is easy; ski in a bit more challenging. We'd highly recommend the rental.

This is a beautiful home in a gorgeous place! The home has everything you would ever need or want. The decor is beautiful and perfect for this mountain home - it is apparent the owners take very good care of it! We had six adults and everyone had plenty of room and privacy. Excellent biking, hiking, shopping, tennis, alpine slide all nearby. We all took turns preparing complete dinners and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. A beautiful place to stay with all the comforts of home. The owners provided great maps and information and were very friendly and helpful. We will be back!
