We had our daughter's wedding in July 2012 at V3. What a great experience and what tremendous people the folks at Paragon Lodging are! The reason I give this 4 stars and not 5 is the property itself. This is a luxury property and as such you expect it to have all of the attributes of a top tier property. I found 3 primary shortcomings:
1) The house is large enough and supports entertaining good sized groups (20 - 150). There's only one full size refrigerator in the house (therefore, if you're going to be entertaining, you're going to have to rent a 2nd refrigerator). The dishwasher is only standard sized.
2) Unreliable WiFi at V3. This is unacceptable for a luxury property. We were there for a week and had no wi-fi.
3) The landscaping is non-existant. It's reasonable to expect flowers, plants, etc. --- something on the exterior of the property. -

This house was amazing to say the least. The pictures do not do it justice for how beautiful the interior and exterior are, not to mention the stunning views. I chose to stay at this property with some of my bridesmaids and held the ceremony and reception here. It is just minutes away from Main Street, making it very convenient for guests staying in town to get to. The house was spotless upon arrival and the staff at Paragon Lodging was great to work with. I especially love how verstile the property is. Though this was absolutely perfect for hosting our wedding, it is suitable for any traveler from family vacations to girls trips.

I was looking for the perfect place for my wedding and I wanted to give my out of town family the best Colorado experience. I got that and then some with the v3 ranch house. Amazing location, amazing experience, amazing, amazing, amazing. This house and this place will always have a special place in my heart.

Awesome place. Was our wedding reception site. Had tent set up on site to accommodate our wedding reception. Everything was very nice. Paragon could not find our paperwork and check in took about 20 mins longer than should have. The house was rented out the previous weekend for another wedding couple. Guess they had a white haired dog in bed with them. Would be 5 stars if master suit had been cleaned-lots of dog hair left on the bed comforter-disappointed my spouse and I since we forked out lots of $$$. For the price you get: awesome views, live like a celebrity, feel on top of the world, and splurge on luxury. Overall, like I said would be 5 stars-if it weren't for someone elses' mutt in the bed.
