The unit was perfect for what we needed! We wanted a unit close to the slopes and downtown...this fit perfect!
We were directly across the street from the lifts and walking distance to everything downtown.
Thanks for having us!
Very nice space and close to Downtown

Having stayed at here before in a different rental, we were familiar with the building and area and this lead us to stay in another unit. The space was roomy and clean. A slight odor of food from the restaurant below was evident upon arrival and a couple of times during our stay. The bedroom was cozy and comfortable, however too bright even at night. The window that faces the Courtyard was in need of more covering to keep out the light. It was a little noisy, even during the off-season, with lots of noise coming from the Courtyard area late at night and the constant noise outside on the patio from the Hvac of the restaurant. We were very happy that the parking area is covered, even though we didn't get the snowfall that was expected. The accessibility to the downtown area is our favorite. People watching from the balcony and walking to restaurants and shopping is part of what we love about this location. There is lots of room in the dining/kitchen area and the large screen TV was a bonus for watching the big games! Overall, we loved the space and had another great time in Breckenridge. Check in was very easy and check out was just dropping off the key on the way out of town. We will inquire again.
This is an OK place with great access to town and a super deck.

Great location, tired property, needing updating.

Great Location with decent ammenities on site (MiCasa, ski shops, hot tub & laundry). Unit itself is tired, needing new & clean carpeting (I purchased & left new runner for kitchen bc carpet was so icky, and a bathroom rug), a tiled area/place to put wet boots near the entry, an updated sofa/sofabed & pillows, and overall better decorating. The fake dried flowers & plastic hanging plants are gross and just act as dust collectors. Toss these :) Going with a simple & clean decorating style would look & function better. A flat screen TV wpuld be nice, but not essential. There was a good amount and variety of Kitchen cookware & utensils, allowing for easy preparation & cooking. Dishes & Silverware were kinda cheap, but OK. All appliances, except the fridge were in good working order. Fridge was small, froze any food that was at the back, freezer wasn't really working, except to make a lot of frost, not allowing the freezer door to close. I defrosted once, but the frost build-up quickly returned. A new, working vacuum on the premises would be a plus, especially since I stayed for 7 weeks. In the bathroom, the shower head/temperature mixer seems to be failing, as most of the hot water drains out the tub faucet, and didn't make it up to the shower head, even while in the "shower" mode. The garage stinks of old beer, and has ceiling leaking issues, that damaged 2 cars while parked there- A real bummer. Courtyard side of unit, outside bedroom can be noisy, due to echo from courtyard, folks in hot tub, & MiCasa patrons below. Those are the downsides. Positives include great location to town & Mntn, in-house restaurant & ski shop, unit close to hot tub & laundry. Parking in bldg. Great views, huge deck, BBQ (that I didn't use) and decent size / layout.
