Transportation to town is never a problem. This home comes with a complimentary neighborhood ski shuttle that runs every hour from 8am-5pm daily. Head out for a hassle-free day of skiing with the family or go explore the many shops and exquisite restaurants that adorn Breckenridge's historic Main Street.
In the summer, use the paved bike/walking trail just minutes from this three bedroom Breckenridge vacation rental that runs from Breckenridge to the town of Frisco and beyond. There is also easy access to a wide selection of hiking and biking trails that wind through our National Forest.

I live in Colorado and have had many opportunities to stay at numerous locations in Summit county. This was by far my favorite! The house was incredibly clean and there were numerous rooms available. It was a perfect, romantic place for me and my girlfriend to stay. You are welcomed with a bottle of wine and a rustic first floor. The hot tub is a perfect end of the day experience if you ski like we do in Colorado-all day long. Having the opportunity to load and unload your gear in a heated garage is a huge plus. enjoy!!!

We (six guys in our early 30's) recently stayed at Book Breck's Highland Greens Charm and had a wonderful experience. This place is even nicer than the pictures. The hot tub was perfect to use right after hitting the slopes. We were only 10 minutes away from the mountain which was awesome. The balcony provided a spectacular view of the mountains. I highly recommend this place and will stay here again. Some highlights: Fireplace, balcony, hot tub, huge garage, washer/dryer, very spacious living room, nintendo wii, etc. etc.

I planned a trip for a group of friends and was surprised at how easy it was to book this beautiful home through Book Breck. The house was absolutely gorgeous and in a great location. Not too far from downtown Breckenridge which was awesome for us. The house was very nice. Each couple had their own room and everything was spread out enough that we all had fun in the great room but also privacy in our own quarters of the house. The house was very clean and well taken care of. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone who asks for a great place to stay in Colorado.

The service was excellent! Sarah was very helpful, friendly and profesional. She honored the online discount which made our stay possible.
I really enjoyed the thorough information and instructions. The note from the owners was very inviting.
The home was very comfortable and for the most part, well decorated (a little warn in some areas). I enjoyed that the decor was more modern rather than the typical mountain theme. The beds and liens were comfortable, and the hot tub was great!
The kitchen was goregous! It was lacking a few kitchen essentials, like large pots and pans and a few basic spices would have been nice.
The downstairs shower was not enjoyable as it sprayed hard, small streams of water and got all over the bathroom when you opened the door. I would also add another shower shelf in both showers to hold shower essentials.
The open "door" into the upstairs closet let in a lot of cold air and was a little creapy! That should definitely be sealed.
I loved the eco-friendly, natural dish cleaner and shower cleansers. Defintiely a great touch! The home was very clean and kept in great shape.
The location was very close to town, and the roads in and out were always clear.
We have stayed in summit county probably 20 times. This was by far our best vacation and rental.

You mentioned that a few parts of the house were a little worn, would you mind being specific as to which part of the house you are referring.
