In the summer, you are only a two minute drive to the Breckenridge Golf Course, and a short walk to the paved biking/walking trail that runs from Breckenridge to the town of Frisco and far beyond. There is also a wide selection of hiking and unpaved biking trails that wind through our National Forest close by.
In the winter, the convenience of the free neighborhood shuttle which runs on the hour between 8am-5pm is sure to delight. During the ski season the shuttle will pick you up just a couple houses down from your three bedroom Breckenridge vacation rental and will take you to either of the Breckenridge ski bases or downtown. As an added bonus the shuttle will run through the evenings during the holidays. There is truly no easier way to experience all that Breckenridge has to offer!
The designers of this home had only the best in mind. With slate tile throughout, granite counter tops in the kitchen and a formal wooden dining table just off the open kitchen makes cooking and eating at this three bedroom Breckenridge vacation rental truly enjoyable. Once you are ready to relax, make your way to the wraparound couch and curl up with with the warmth of the fireplace and enjoy a movie on the flat-screen TV. As an end unit this home provides both privacy and peaceful serenity usually not associated with a townhome.
After experiencing the breathtaking views of a High Rockies sunset, relax your muscles in the private hot tub and gaze at the beautiful starlit skies before retreating to one of the three private bedrooms.
The master suite includes a desk where you can set up your laptop to catch up on work in between all the fun activities Breckenridge has to offer. The king-size bed and en-suite bath are furnished with true Colorado flair with warm colors and expansive windows.
The mini-suite is furnished with a queen bed and a bunk bed where the kids or a family can have there designated area to catch up and spend quality time. The third bedroom in this three bedroom Breckenridge vacation rental is furnished with queen bed and has a private bathroom adjacent to it. The den is furnished with a sleeper sofa and TV to provide additional sleeping room for your group. It too has an adjacent bathroom.

We've stayed here twice, once during the ski season and once not. The house is a "real" house with a real kitchen, stocked with most everything you could need to be able to cook gourmet meals, or just make breakfast. The views are lovely; there's a hot tub on the deck.
Upstairs, there's a master suite and two other bedrooms that share a bath, one w/ a queen and the other w/ bunk beds. Downstairs, there's a den/office w/ a pull out queen and a 3/4 bath that can serve as another bedroom.
It isn't in town (it's by the golf course), but there's a shuttle that picks up/drops off at the end of the driveway which makes getting to town or the ski area convenient. Much better than having to drive and park! -

Very nice house, great location, very close to the Gondola and Main shopping and restaurants of Breckenridge. The house looks small from the outside, but is very large and comfortable on the interior. We had a party of 9 and there was plenty of room for all. The interior is very clean updated and well maintained...a Jewel !

The home is warm and inviting and was well prepared for our arrival, with the radiant heat turned on! It was spotlessly clean Perfect for our family ski vacation, but would also be great for a summer time trip as we enjoy golfing, hiking and water sports. My grandkids loved the welcome bucket filled with candy canes and the tv's with dvd players in each bedroom. Owners have thoughtfully provided the needed amenities right down to the liquid soap/shampoo at sinks and showers. We hope to return again next year!
