Bennett, COquiet and convenient
Left on 02/19/2012 for a stay in January 2012
Awesome place to stay for a couple and up to two children. This place is not big and fancy but nicely renovated and very comfortable. Excellent location, beautiful views, far enough from town to not hear any noise but close enough to walk to town. The Four-o-Clock run is literally across the street from the front of the condo. I would definately stay here again.

This small but l;ovely condo has everything you need to be comfortable and to cook all your meals. It is also quite private and has a lovely view. We were visited by a fox and also, never heard traffic.
Best for a couple -

Fort Collins, COMuch needed getaway!
Left on 01/09/2012 for a stay in January 2012
The condo at Breckenridge was great! The location was perfect, close enough to town across the street from 4 O'clock run which we skied down to get our lift tickets and head up the snowflake lift. The condo was very clean and we loved having a wood burning stove. Everyone at Book Breck was helpful and nice.

Boulder, COQuick but comfy stay!
Left on 06/15/2011 for a stay in January 2011
We stayed at Tyra Summit in January 2011 and really enjoyed the condo. It is pretty much ski-in, ski-out (have to cross the road) and has some nice features like a wood burning fireplace and access to a popular hot tub just down the road (a refreshing 5 minute walk) Everything was neat and clean in the apartment and in good shape. For a family of 3-4 it works fine with 2 in the bedroom and 1-2 on the pullout couch which was actually pretty comfortable! Walk to Main St is a bit far if the weather is cold but doable. We drove and parked in the lot at the bottom of the hill which dumps you out in the middle of Main St. If we go back to Breck next winter we'll definitely plan to stay at this lovely condo.

Cincinnati, OhioGreat Place and Location for Breckenridge Ski In Ski Out
Left on 11/02/2010 for a stay in February 2010
One bedroom condo was ideal for my adult son and I to enjoy a long weekend at Beckenridge. Condo essentials were on hand. Entry is on second leve to this ground floor condo so full stairway upon entering condo. Hot tub if desired was in a separate building across the street. Not convenient. Downtown Beck was short drive from condo. Instructions for wireless internet was either incomplete or incorrect password. Fortunately we were tech savvy and could work around this problem.

COA Home away from Home, for the Week
Left on 11/02/2010 for a stay in August 2010
Since I attend a yearly week-long conference in Breck. I liked the idea of having a home-like environment rather than the usual motel room. Sure I would have to make my own bed, cook my own meals, clean up after myself, etc. but it seemed more naturally comfortable. The cost was an added benefit; I saved on the initial lodging expense as well as on eating out.
