Château Sole’ is a sophisticated mountain retreat which provides outstanding views of both the 10 mile range and the Jack Nicklaus championship 27 hole golf course. Located in the prestigious Highlands Subdivision in North Breckenridge conviantley located 5 minutes from shopping, skiing and golfing. Château Sole’ features four bedrooms and four and one half bathrooms with 3 gas fire places which complement the home in many ways. The Château Sole’ also has a three car heated garage which is attached to the house. There are 3 HDTV... flat screens in the home with surround sound, as well as a fully integrated sound system built into the home. This will be the vacation home you will want to return to year after year.

The main level features large living area with two story high windows looking at the expansive views of the 10 mile range as well as the Championship Golf Course, adjoining is the formal dining area and main living area with a rock fireplace. Connecting is the gourmet kitchen that would suite any discriminating chef, with a sub-zero refrigerator, 4 burner gas stove and gas convection oven. Spend some time outdoors on the multi level wrap around decks that the home offers. The upper deck provides a covered eating area off the kitchen with a comfortable table and chairs that will seat 6 as well as a propane grill. The Master Bedroom opens out onto the upper deck so you can sit and have your morning coffee, or your favorite evening beverage while enjoying the mountain views. The lower deck/ stone patio offers additional seating and has a new hot tub for your enjoyment after those long days of great activities that Breckenridge has to offer. There is seating for a total of 11 between the bar in the kitchen, and dining room. A card table and chairs provide additional seating for 4 that can be placed near the breakfast area or dining room. As you enter from the garage there is a mud room with bench seating, place to hang your coats, cubbies to put your gloves and hats and also under the bench seating you can put your shoes and ski boots to keep them warm as well as a Washer and Dryer.

The master bedroom on the main floor boasts a king-size bed and has its own sitting area in front of the gas fire place. The master bath offers a steam shower or you can relax in the oversized Jacuzzi tub. Downstairs there are 2 more master suites, each with their own private bathrooms. In addition, there is a fourth bedroom that has a private bath across the hall.

In the downstairs great room you can enjoy a recreational atmosphere containing a large flat screen HDTV with surround sound, a wet-bar, which includes a bar refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and wine rack. There is also a Wii and Play Station 2 with games for the children and adults. There is an authentic hand painted pub table to play checkers or backgammon while watching the big screen TV, or just enjoying the comfort and beauty of the third gas log fire place.

The Breckenridge golf course is the only municipal Jack Nicholas designed golf course in the world which of course is located inside the Highlands subdivision. Since the opening of the course, national and regional honors have been bestowed on Breckenridge. Honors awarded by the Colorado Golfer (the State Golf Newspaper) have included; Best Mountain Course, and Toughest Mountain Course. Golf Digest "Places to Play" rates Breckenridge as a 4 1/2 Star Facility, and as one of their top "Upscale Places To Play" in the nation. In May 2010, Golfweek rated Breckenridge as one of the "Top 50 Municipal Courses" in the nation. The course is also Zagat rated. The course has four sets of tees so that each golfer may select the challenge equal to their game. From the Nicklaus Tees on the Beaver/Bear rotation, the course plays 7,261 yards and has a course rating of 73.9 with a slope rating of 147. . A challenge for even the best golfer. Each set of tees plays to a par 72. . There are bike and walking trails steps from the driveway that you can ride from the backyard to Vail pass about 15 miles away

• Courier and concierge services may be arranged for pick-up of groceries, videos, dry cleaning and pharmaceuticals.
Payment: We require a 50% deposit, due at time of booking to confirm your dates. We take VISA, MasterCard, Discover (NO personal checks). We'll then charge this same card for the rest of your payment the week of your stay at The Chateau Sole' at Round Top.

  The home is beautiful. When you first see it in its setting, it takes your breath away. The details in the building of it are of the highest quality from the floors to the doors to the decor. The wrap-around deck does create a dilemma...from which perfect place one should stand for pictures and viewing since the view from every spot is spectular. Also, the layout of the home is ideal. There is a master suite on the main floor. On the lower garden level is another master with two other bedrooms. The lower level has its own kitchen, fireplace, and large screen plasma TV as well. There are several fireplaces in the home. The house is within the boundaries of the Breckenridge golf course which is a "must play" if you are new to Colorado! We are very grateful the owner is willing to share the home with others. I am a Colorado native and have stayed in many awe-inspiring mountain homes...this is by far the best.

  We picked Chateau Sole becaise it was similar in size and decor to our home. It truly felt like home away from home. Pre-booking description was accurate, reservation directly through owner was efficient and easy. House was meticulously kept and stocked. My wife liked it so much she said it was the best vacation ever and now wants to but a similar property in Breckenridge. Have already recommended to friends and family and wouldn't hesitate to rent again when staying in the area. At owners suggestion we also added on at your Brack and Call through Western Sky activities and had groceries pre-delivered and a personal chef for each meal. Location was great a few minutes from the slopes and would say the only draw back was late check-in location though not owners fault but business was difficult to find after hours but once located everything was a breeze. Would rent again without reservation.

  More room than 2 families with kids could utilize and the kids loved the bunk room. A quick drive to the gondola for skiing and it was nice to come back to so much space. Lightning fast wi-fi. Fantastic views from the deck and hot tub. Located on a private drive so no traffic whatsoever. Very well appointed and spacious kitchen if you like to cook and entertain. We had a very minor issue with the master shower and the property manager took care of it immediately. Very professional. Great stay - we enjoyed it!

  We shared the home with 3 families, and it was perfect in every way. Kids loved the downstairs, bunk room, hot tub. Adults loved the perfect kitchen, living room with unbelievable views. The shuttle service was enormously helpful. We won't stay anywhere else!
