Beautiful newer single family home in the Woodmoor section of Breckenridge. 5 minutes from town and walking distance to free shuttle bus that runs on the half hour to town and the slopes.
Sweeping views from every room of the ski resort, Breckenridge and the lights of the town at night. This home is above it all. Two decks, 6 person private hot tub, barbeque grill, and leisure furniture on the main deck 4 bedroom and 3 1/2 bathrooms, great sun. Snow and trash removal provided by the association.

Everything was great. Plenty of room for 7 people and room to spare. The view of the ski slopes from the hot tub was amazing. The only thing that was lacking was the internet. There was no connection.

We had 6 people in our group and this property was well laid out spacious and clean. The hot tub worked well and having a garage to leave your ski gear befor entering the house was very convenient. A few minutes drive and your back in town. Only annoyance was the lack of a cell phone signal as property is located above the signal pattern.
