Elk Ridge is perfectly located for both the mountain and the town. It is a very short walk to the snowflake lift in the winter and free access to the UVHOA private pool in the summer. Read our reviews it says it all and is very fairy priced given the location and luxury standard of accommodation.

This is a perfect vacation home in perfect shape for a wonderful vacation for all.
My family stayed in this home in august, 2012 for 7 days and our experience was perfect. The home is in great shape, large, convenient to all and is in quiet neighborhood. My large family - four grown children, two grandchildren and myself all had comfortable beds in lovely bedrooms. The home is nicely decorated and perfectly comfortable for all ages. The kitchen is completely furnished with pots, pans, dishes, and everything you need to cook complete meals. We had the opportunity to use the neighborhood pool and hot tub and it was just a short ride down the mountain. Bring your own toys for the children as this will make it even more fun. One of the best parts of the location was the fact that there are very few homes in the development so the little ones can play outside without the risk of cars. Overall, I would give this home the highest rating. It also should be said how pleasant the owners are. We had quite a few emails back and forth with questions and they were promptly answered. Overall, I would give this home the highest possible rating both for cleanliness, comfort and accessibility to all Breckinridge has to offer. It was close to the ski lift, restaurants, hiking and did I mention the hot tub on the property that was used by all of us. Wonderful family vacation home was enjoyed enormously by our family.

We rented this townhouse for a week. It was my husband, his daughter and future son-inlaw, and his other two daughters- 20 and 17. And then my two boys ages 15 and 12. It had plenty of bedrooms for all, the boys loved the room with the twin beds and the big flat screen on the wall for their play station. I didn't know they brought it along and wouldn't of wanted them to play all day, but it was great to have when the weather didnt cooperate 100%. My only complaint, which after looking around is common with all the rentals is the small deck. I realize its more of a ski town, so in the winter you don't use your deck much, but in the summer, it would of been nice to sit outside with the whole group. There was not any outdoor space to occupy close by. The kitchen was well stocked, it had a washer and dryer- although for the owners, the dryer must be going out, took about 2 hrs to dry a load of towels. All bathrooms were well stocked and it was nice having one on every floor (except the top bedroom) Location was good, we did drive most of the time, although you could of walked, about 5 blocks from the downtown area. We found a nice short scenic trail right at the end of the street by the ski lift. I do have to say one of the highlights of the stay was the bear that came and visited the garbage almost every night. Some may not appreciate that, but our 12 to 17 year olds stayed up almost everynight to watch for it from the top bedroom, they thought it was awesome. Obviously we didn't let anyone go out after midnight, which is when it usually showed up!

We found this property well suited our needs it was clean and well equipped and maintained. The location was great for the Beaver Run (easy by bus, but also walkable) and also down to the snowflake lift and ski rental). In fact we liked it so much we have already booked for next year. We have found the owners to be very helpful and pleasant.

Exceeded our expectations and a great place to stay! This unit felt like home away from home! Very clean, high-end furnishings, and a great layout for multiple guests. The master suite and bath were incredible. You can literally walk across the street to the ski lift and you're a short walk to Main Street Breckenridge. In addition to the private hot tub on the lower deck, they also have a pool and outdoor hot tub area available for use. Absolutely will stay in this unit again and the owners are great people to work with.
