This spacious, 4-level town home sleeps 10-14 very comfortably and privately. One master suite, located on the top floor, contains a queen bed, gas fireplace, private bath and small deck. This level contains a second bedroom with a twin/full bunk bed with a trundle and a private bath. The main level consists of the living room, kitchen, dining room, and a large deck.       Pine Creek I unit great for multiple families and location aweso

      After reading some of the other reviews of this property and the property management company Summit Vacations (summitvacations.net) I felt compelled to write a review in hopes to help other families in making their lodging decisions. The location of the property is awesome. Literally a short walk to the lifts-great with 4 year olds. If you're expecting the taj majal then this is not the place for you. If you are looking for a place that can accommodate multiple families or a large party and your basic necessities are filled, then this is for you. The one issue is with parking. There are only 2 parking passes allowed per unit so you have to park and pay (only $5) day around the corner. Really not a huge hassle, but it just happened that the self-paying meter was broken while we were there so we had to keep obtaining parking passes from the police station which is at the other end of town (the other end being only about a mile or 2)-if this problem was corrected it wouldn't be a big deal. Plenty of cooking supplies available (again not your Henkel and all-clad varieties, but more than sufficient). Hot tub was great!
      As far as the management company, I have to be honest in that after placing our booking I was seriously concerned with some of the reviews. I did not find to have any huge problem with them-actually the opposite and pretty easy going. We were supposed to have internet when we arrived, which didn't get corrected until about 5 days into our trip. The main problem was that the phone service was disconnected, which I can't even blame on the management company (since the problem was corrected immediately after they contacted the owners). The second issue was that the fridge portion of the downstairs apartment died during our stay. We lost some of the food we had purchased, but again cannot blame that on the management company-things happen. So, in a nutshell we saved over $1300 renting from this management company versus another for the same exact unit. Overall, we were happy. I think people visit with the conception that they're going to be staying in a lap of luxury when most ski rentals (aside from houses) are quite basic and plain.

      The house was very nice and well equipped for a large group. We really enjoyed the location. The house had plenty of bedrooms for the size group, but slightly not enough lounging areas. The kitchen & dining area was great too.

      We loved the view from the balcony!

      We would love to stay again.

      Relaxing and very satisfactory

      With the combination of adults and children we were all very comfortable. We enjoyed the deck overlooking the river. The kids had fun hiking the trails around the home and being able to walk into town often. We left our cars and walked everywhere, which was great.

      Great place for a group

      This condo is a great place to stay with a group. Everyone had their own bedroom and there are plenty of bathrooms to share. The kitchen was fully equiped and the multi-level layout made for lots of space. The outdoor private hot tub was an obvious hit! The walk to the slopes is ~5-10min, we did it every day in our boots...it's a great place for a private romantic weekend or quasi party place--whatever you need!

      The condo was clean, roomy, excellently decorated, and in an excellent location. We had our entire extended family there during Thanksgiving. It was a truly exceptional experience for all of us. Don't miss this condo if you need room, and a great location.

      Unit was clean and roomy. Fully lived up to expectations of what we saw and were promised online. Only suggestion I have is for better parking options. A unit of that size will often come with renters of 2+ vehicles so a little cumbersome to have to shuttle people to and from a public parking lot since not all vehicles could stay there in the facility. Lastly, a 4pm check in time and 10 am seem a little strict. Most places allow check in after 11 am. Just something to consider...
