Description from the manager
The Winterpoint condominium complex is located on 4 O'Clock Road, within walking distance (700 ft) of the Snowflake double chairlift and 2 blocks from downtown Breckenridge. There are king size beds in 2 of the bedrooms and a 2 car, attached garage. There is a brand new 42" Flat Screen HDTV in the living room and free wifi. This townhouse is about 150 feet from the Upper Village Outdoor Pool and Hot Tub complex and about 500 feet from the 4 O'Clock Ski Run.
The condo is fully stocked with necessary cooking and dining utensils and linens.

Left on 02/02/2011 for a stay in January 2011
There were 9 of us staying in this unit. Very comfortable, three bathrooms and always had hot water. It is a short walk to the snowflake lift and to the bus stop easy with ski boots. After a hard day of skiing ski the four o clock run down and you pop out right across the street from the townhome complex next to the bus stop. In the evening its a short 5 minute walk to town to many resturants and bars. Overall this condo is a great unit in a great location especially for the price.
