We had a wonderful stay--what a beautiful property! The beds were very comfortable and everything was spotless. Check-in and -out were easy. The only thing preventing five stars were a few minor maintenance issues--light bulbs, etc. and a lack of some basic amenities--coffee filters, some utensils, etc. Thanks!

Our family of 6 had a wonderful time while staying at this unit in Breck. The condo was very spacious, lovely, and we appreciated that it was beautifully decorated for a homey feel vs bare walls and shelves.
The linens/towels, toiletries, & kitchen items were all plentifully stocked (though, be sure to bring your own coffee & standard filters(not the cone shape) for coffee beyond your first day).
The only things I missed having in this unit were alarm clocks/televisions in the bedrooms (which are all located upstairs). But, in this day and age, tablets/phones help solve the problem.
The back sliding door seems a little hard to lock, but we found if you pick up the door a little as you're shutting it, it will indeed lock.
We would definitely rent this unit again! Thx -

The home was decorated beautifully and was very comfortable and convenient. The only negative was no response from the managment company depsite 2 different phone calls. There was not enough dish soap and no instructions on checking out. We called the management company twice to ask for more soap and ended up having to buy some ourselves. Also never received a call back on checking out as we were told to just leave the keys in the unit and lock the doors but couldn't lock it as there was no handle lock on the door. We ended up locking everything and "stepping over" the garage door opener line.

We were very happy with this nicely appointed/decorated unit. It had higher end and comfortable furnishings, a charming log patio seating area overlooking the mountains, and only a few minutes from town, which made it very convenient. The garage is a great feature, especially during the winter and to store all our bikes when we visited (summertime). Just note that if you do get to Breckenridge early in the morning, you'll have to go to a different town for the check-in process and then go to your condo. The master bedroom bed had a supersoft mattress, but you could always go to the other 2 bedrooms with regular firm mattresses. Overall, a lovely experience.

We stayed at this property for a two-night get-away and were extremely happy with the accommodations. The unit was beautifully decorated and very clean. The towels and toiletries in the bathrooms were plentiful. The kitchen had an assortment of spices for cooking and plentiful dishes, glassware, pots and pans and utensils.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay tremendously and would definitely stay in this unit again. We do have a few suggestions that would have made our stay even better.
For any guest:
1) Have a digital clock radio in each bedroom.
2) Just as there is a small quantity of dishwasher detergent and liquid dish soap provided, also provide a small quantity of laundry detergent and fabric softener by the washer/dryer.
3) Provide a "coffee packet" (filter, coffee, etc.) for each night of a guest's stay.
4) Provide instructions for the TV/DVD.
For families:
1) Have a few night-lights on hand.
2) Have a few kid-friendly games. -

We had 6 girls staying for a bachelorette, and the experience was great! We thought we'd be a little closer to town and have an easier time getting back to the rental following a night out, but other than that the place was great. Well equipped kitchen and lovely deck. Comfy beds and everything was really really clean.

Great unit in an excellent location. The unit is clean and very nicely furnished/appointed. Only very minor thoughts for improvement: the coffee maker and toaster need to be repaired/replaced; no on street parking can be problematic; the street numbers on all units are too difficult to see if arriving at night and we would prefer firmer mattresses. We would not hesitate to rent this unit again and/or recommend it to friends.

I had to call the office twice during the 4 night stay to get the bedspreads brought over. The first time they just dumped a bag of bedding in the front hall and the second time they (some guy probably) put them on the beds all wrong. Otherwise, very clean and nice.
