This new home is located just minutes from the gondola and includes a free private shuttle service to the gondola and back.
Huge Ten Mile Range views from the large deck.
Private hot tub, gas grill, deck furniture are all features of the newer custom-built home with 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.
A flat driveway with basketball hoop provides some outdoor entertainment along with a pool table, PS3 gaming system, and game table in the lower level for indoor entertainment.

The place was very nice and scenic, the hot tub was great! Everything was great about the house except for the fact that we found our that the fireplace didn't work untill after we got there:( other than that it was a great place to stay, especially because there was a shuttle service to take us to the slopes.

For three families and one grandmother this was a perfect get away. The many levels made for plenty of spots to 'escape'. The warm ambiance of this home is perfect. Even though the fireplace did not work, we hardly noticed because the weather was beautiful!
The fully stocked kitchen made putting on a Thanksgiving feast a cinch!
The front closet was stocked with tons of games, and we played many of them when we weren't shooting pool!
If you are a sports fan though, you better find the nearest establishment to watch your games...this house had the basic channels, and the televisions were difficult to figure out!
Overall, we highly recommend this house with all its great ammenities!! -

This was our first trip to Breckenridge and this house made it a perfect one. The manager Mark Gossman was so easy to deal with and the entire process from arrival to departure was incredibly smooth. We had guests who were staying in a downtown condo visit us for dinner and they could not believe we had found such a great place to stay so close to everything. Our kids had a blast in the basement with the table and video games and even a short dip in the hot tub. We could not have asked for a better experience in this house.
