      Memorable

This was our first time to Breck. It was absolutely a beautiful town. We stayed in town at the Harris street house and were so glad we did. The house was walking distance to town and only a block from the bus. This house was the cleanest most accommodating house we have ever stayed in on vacation. They provided extra amenities that you do not normally find when renting. We stayed with another family. There was a total of 12 of us and plenty of rooms for sleeping and privacy. The owners were so hospitable. Thank you so much. We will definitely stay there again.

Home away from home - great location, location, location for ski

Great location in quiet neighborhood-2 minute walk (1 block) to bus stop. Blue line bus departs :09,:29, and :49 for 5-10 minute ride to Gondola. 2 block walk to grocery/post office and 3 blocks to main street Breckenridge. View of Breckenridge slopes from second floor bedroom and back kitchen windows/porch. Nearby sledding hill at Carter Park was fun. Courteous and attentive owner (Michael)keeps a very clean house. Layout of house, including 3 and 1/2 baths, allowed comfortable privacy between two families with teenagers. We only needed to use the front kitchen which is nicely appointed. Laundry room in house. Hot tub was nice. We would definitely return to Harris St House.

      Great Facility!!! Great Location!!!

Left on 01/07/2013 for a stay in December 2012

Rented this house for a "Family vacation" and everything was great. Location is great, had 11 people and accommodations were more than adequate. Location is stocked with all appliances needed along with cooking spices, etc. Less that 1/2 mile walk to Peak 8 and Peak 9. Lots closer for bus stop, main street and numerous eating places. Would recommend to others and return without reservation!

      Excellent accomodation

Left on 01/01/2013 for a stay in December 2012

Highly recommend! As promised, the location is very convenient for both activities and downtown stroll, and also has ample parking. Snow was plowed/shoveled. Close in, but also quiet. The House itself was in fine, working condition throughout, nicely furnished and well-stocked with amenities, along with nice art touches and well-tended plants. The unusual double-wing arrangement(effectively, two connected units)works especially well if you have a either a large crew or separate families sharing: It both provides common areas and private space.
In addition to nice physical accommodation, the owner/operator was attentive and accommodating -- and just plain friendly. An extra plus: Friendly foxes visiting the backyard, and plenty of birds and squirrels about. For animal folks, there is a good dog park only 5 minutes walk away.
Logistics of payment, deposit/return, and coordination with owner all very smooth and timely. Not inexpensive, but a good deal for a larger crew. As may be evident, our expanded family had a fine experience over holidays at the Harris St. House.

      Great location for experiencing Breckenridge!

Left on 04/14/2012 for a stay in April 2012

We stayed over Easter weekend, and the location of the house was ideal for everyone. Some of us went out on the slopes while others played in town, and the house was convenient for all. There is a dog park only a few blocks away, and the same goes for the restaurants and shops.

The kitchen was well stocked with spices and cookware, and was a nice, clean environment to make our meals in. The house is well-kept and comfortable with enough bathrooms for three couples to still have their privacy. While the mattresses were a little firm, we found the experience very relaxing all around. The hot tub was a nice amenity to have in the evenings as well!

      Really convenient and comfortable!

Left on 03/28/2012 for a stay in March 2012

We went to Breckenridge during Spring Break (two parents and 5 teenagers but had room for more.) This house is roomy and has a separate TV area/kitchenette on the opposite end. This gave our teens their own space for hanging out. The rooms were comfortable and we had plenty of bathrooms as well. The hot tub was always ready to go and toasty! The kitchen was well-stocked too and there were incidentals like flour, sugar, foil, soap, seasonings, etc. The best part about this house is its location. Just a short stroll around the corner to the shuttle stop and just a couple of blocks from the center of town. It was nice to just let the teens go explore the town without having to worry about driving them or picking them up. The neighborhood was surprisingly quiet at night considering we were so near the town and it was Spring Break.
