In the winter you can ski, sled or skate and in the summer enjoy the cool mountain air and various enjoyable pursuits as, fishing, hiking, mountain climbing or visit the local recreation center to rock climb, swim or play various sports. It is a wonderful spot for any age to enjoy.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Mountainside home. It has all of the comforts of home that you would expect, plus the location is perfect. You're close enough to Breck to take advantage of that quaint town with it shopping, restaurants, skiing, etc., but far enough away that you have the mountain to yourself. If you love the quiet of the mountain with the wind in the pines while sitting on the porch watching a fox stroll by, or taking a hike up the mountain and explore Gods creation or walking/biking up the road to fish in the nearby lake, then you have found your paradise home away from home. We can't wait to go back!

This is one of the most beautiful houses in Colorado! Inside and out! The bedrooms are cozy yet spacious. There's plenty of room for the whole group to eat together, watch a movie, play pool or sit on the front porch to view the mountains. We were there with five other couples and had a great time!

I took my family to Breckinridge to ski over the Christmas holidays. There were 8 adults and 6 children ages 3 to 10. We were fortunate to stay at 36 Wagon Road. The home is beautiful, funtional and wonderfully equipped and appointed. The home was large enough that everyone had their private space and we never felt crowded. The kitchen is large and again well equipped. The hot tub was fun and the pool room is lots of fun. I would highly recommend this home and Mary is a wonderful person to deal with. Definately five stars in my opinion.
