Our family/kid friendly home sits in a beautiful, serene, quiet setting. We are only three miles to downtown Breckenridge and the slopes. Our 2,100 square foot cabin has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, two living areas, and an updated kitchen with all brand new stainless steel appliances and stocked with all the basics like spices, coffee and tea, and even a few extras like microwave popcorn, granola bars and instant oatmeal. We supply spa quality toiletries (rosemary mint shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion) so packing is a breeze! Set only one block off the main road through Breckenridge, our home is on a quiet dead-end street (That gets plowed). We are only 5 minutes to the slopes at Breckenridge and within a very short drive to Keystone, A-Basin and Copper Mountain. Close to downtown, shops, world class dining, hiking, biking, white water rafting, canooing, fishing and the outlet shopping at Silverthorn.

What a wonderful place to enjoy this beautiful winter wonderland. Everything was exactly what we expected and then some. The pictures really help you get an idea of how wonderful this place truly is. Holly & Matt really tried to think of everything.Having some snacks in the house is extra special... you occassionally take for granted what you have in your own cupboards...so it is nice to find some of those things here. Super clean place and very close to Breckenridge. Even in the snow, it is any easy drive to town. We had one miner issue and it was taken care of so quickly by Jesse it was not even a blip on the radar. It is nice to know that if you do have an issue (big or small), it will get taken care of in a nanosecond. We loved it so much... we are buying our own place a little over a mile from this beauty. You will have a wonderful stay... Enjoy!

Absolutely lovely house and the owners were great!!! Great location to Breck. The house is very clean and all the beds were very comfortable(important detail). If you are looking for a nice, cozy house close and convenient to Breck...look no further! Excellent all the way around!!!

This cabin is perfect! Close enough to Breck to hardly drive at all, but tucked back in the trees just far enough that it is blessedly quiet! There's easy access to hiking, a hammock, and a lake nearby to kayak when the weather is warm and plenty to do when the snow falls too. Plus, the hot tub is enjoyable in all seasons!

This adorable cabin is so close to town but far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet. The owners are very attentive and have thought of everything! The home was very clean and updated. It was a nice surprise to find things like granola bars and popcorn. The beds were very comfortable and the cabin very cozy. The hot tub was great after a long day on the slopes. Can't wait to go again!

We felt spoiled with the luxurious accommodations of this beautiful home! In a glance, you're attracted by the warm and inviting atmosphere, feeling at home immediately. We found there was something for everyone: fire pit, hot tub, game room, easy access to town and trails, to name a few. Our property owner was extremely attentive and anticipated our every need. We're already looking forward to our next stay here!!
