Family-style house 1/4 mile from main street, Breckenridge. 2 acre property surrounded by pine and aspen trees. Gives you the feeling of escaping to a Mountain Retreat and yet so close to the action of bustling main street. Beautiful large deck area faces Peak 8 for a breathtaking view with no obstructions. Our large Great Room is surrounded by floor to ceiling windows to bring the beauty of the mountain inside. Sit and eat breakfast while you assess the ski conditions on the mountain, or lounge on the sofa and take in the beauty and relaxation of the environment.

Located on a quiet street. 1/4 mile from main street for shopping and dining. Catch the free shuttle at the corner of our street for ease to town or ski hill. 5 minutes away are cross-country and snow shoe trails. Our house sits on a slight hill to make fun sledding for the little ones. (sleds available).

My family thoroughly enjoyed staying here during the Thanksgiving weekend. When we walked in, we immediately felt at home. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make our Thanksgiving meal and opened up to the family room so that everyone could enjoy each other's company while dinner was being prepared. The mountain view was lovely to look at with floor to ceiling windows and patio door that opened up to a deck. There was plenty of parking and we could easily walk into town to window shop and grab a bite to eat. We utilized the sauna frequently and watched football on the flat screen TV. I would highly recommend renting this home to any family who is looking for a great location and place to enjoy great company with family and friends!
