5 adults and 2 kids stayed at this property with plenty of room to spare. It was comfortable, and the sound of the river 10 yards off the back deck couldn't have been more peaceful while soaking in the hot tub. I found fish within feet from the house (on the property), but did not fish while I was there. The property management company had everything lined up, and was extremely friendly and helpful. I've stayed in similiar properties for twice the price, and while there is a 10 minute drive to the town/mountain, it was everything I could've expected. Heated floors, flat screen in every room, satelite TV and internet, full kitchen with everything you might need (we cooked most of our own meals), air hockey and Wii for the kids.
Colorado is always one of my family's favorite trips and staying at this cabin made it even better. The cabin has all the amenities you could ever need. The river in right off the porch is beautiful. I would definitely recommend this cabin to anyone who would like a relaxing trip. We will definitely be back.

Loved the space. A good 10 min outside of town but no issue for us. Secluded but right off the main road and easy to find. Very nicely decorated despite the Christmas decorations that were still up. A little dirty but not enough to complain just some dust and cobwebs. Hot tub needed some maintenance We will definitely stay here' again of we need a spot near breckenridge.

My friends and I really enjoyed this cabin. It was located outside of Breckenridge, so it was nice and quiet, but very close for hitting the slopes. It had everything we were looking for and more: a hot tub, big rooms, extra beds, a grill, heated floors, a TV in every room, a Wii and games, washer and dryer, dishwasher, and more. My only suggestion: if you plan to be there when there's a lot of snow you probably want to have 4-wheel drive because it would be a steep driveway for a car in snow.

This house was "toddler friendly", and the management company even brought in a high chair for us! The table could accommodate our family of 5 adults and 4 little ones. It's a great location and we hope to return next year!

The house was amazing and resort managers helped us fine the perfect place. I would def. love to stay there again!
We did try to get a hold of someone from the office and never received a call back. The hot tub was really dirty. Other than that the house was great. There were little things that I emailed ealier about the house that was just maintence issue's that we didn't have a problem with but wanted whoever takes care of the house to know.
Did I mention that we loved it? : ) Cause we did!! : )

This home was comfortable and cozy. My entire family really enjoyed our stay here (Husband, 2-year-old, Father-in-law, Mother-in-law, uncle and myself). With the deck backing to the Blue River, we really enjoyed bbqing and hot tubing with the sound of the river so close. The amenitites and decor of this property were amazing, ranging from a hot tub on the deck to flat screen tvs in every room and even a wii game console in the master. We would definitely stay in this property again and would suggest it to other families as well.
