One of a kind luxury vacation home specifically designed to gracefully accommodate large guest groups. Boulder Ridge Lodge combines an elegant standard of quality with exceptionally functional design and prime ski-in access at the base of Peak 8.

One of the home's most unique features is its innovative bed design which allows each guest group to select either king or extra-long twin bed configurations. Such flexibility provides for the privacy and special needs of families, friends and corporate groups.

The large, open kitchen is designed as a focal point of the home. A 28' granite bar/counter orients toward the living room... and assures ample space for multiple cooks as well as interested onlookers. The 48" Decor range with 2 ovens and Ventahood, stacked Thermador microwave/warming drawer/convection oven, Sub Zero refrigerator, 2 Kitchen Aid dishwashers, trash compactor, Scotsman clear ice-maker, 2 separate sinks and knotty alder custom cabinets create an exquisite setting for weekend cooks as well as professional caterers.

The spacious dining room features a wrought iron chandelier, 10' alder table, 12 ladder-back chairs and an antique Persian rug. A cozy breakfast nook offers glorious views of the ski slopes and seating for 8.

Boulder Ridge Lodge sleeps 20-22 in 7 spacious bedrooms + study with 6 1/2 baths. The home can be configured to have up to 20 individual beds or arranged in 5 kings, 1 queen, 4 twins (day beds), 2 sets of twin bunks and sofa sleeper. Five bedrooms have private baths, three with tiled steam showers complete with benches.

Upper Level: Imperial Suite: Choice of king or 2 extra-long twins (sleeps 2) plus twin size day bed (sleeps 1). Private bath with steam shower, vaulted ceiling, LCD TV, superb views of ski area. Upper Level: Sundown Suite: Choice of king bed or 2 extra-long twins (sleeps 2). Adjacent bath with tub, vaulted ceiling, superb views of ski area. Study: Trundle bed (sleeps 1 or 2). Shares adjacent bath with Sundown Suite. Loft: Game table provides seating for six, for a total sit-down capacity of 26.

Main Level: Four O'Clock Suite: Choice of king bed or 2 extra-long twins (sleeps 2) plus fold-out youth sleeper (sleeps 1). Private bath with steam shower, LCD TV, vaulted ceiling, direct access to deck and hot tub, views of ski area. Main Level: Spruce Suite: Choice of king bed or 2 extra-long twins (sleeps 2). Private bath with steam shower, LCD TV, vaulted ceiling, views of distant peaks and the Blue River Valley.

Lower Level: Bunk Room: 2 sets of adult size extra-long twin bunks (sleeps 4). TV, adjacent bath with tub. Lower Level: Claimjumper Suite: Choice of king bed or 2 extra-long twins (sleeps 2). Ski area views, adjacent bath with shower. Lower Level: Studio: Queen Murphy-style wall bed (sleeps 2) can be folded out of the way to create a comfortable dayroom complete TV, loveseat and lounge chair grouping. Ski area views, shares adjacent bath with Claimjumper. There is a queen sofa sleeper in the rec room (sleeps 2).

The massive two-story, river rock wood burning fireplace welcomes friends to the rustic and elegant living room. Large windows offer superb 180 degree views of the ski slopes, Ten Mile Range and distant peaks of the Blue River Valley. The cedar-clad and beamed ceiling, hickory plank floor, sturdy southwest furnishings, Oriental rugs, and magnificent mounted buffalo head capture the ambience of a mountain lodge. Books, games and a media center with 42" HDTV, Blu-ray DVD home theater and stereo system promise hours of entertainment in a homey and comfortable space.

The lower level rec room is equipped with a pool table as well as a large sectional couch and media center with a 42" HDTV and DVD home theater system. A wet bar, refrigerator, and microwave make snacking convenient.

An Artic Spa, recessed into the cedar deck, can accommodate 8 people. Soak up the spectacular view of Peaks 7 and 8 while relaxing in the private backyard. Gas grill on deck.

  Fabulous Stay at Boulder Lodge!

  This home sleeps up to 22, but we had the luxury of sharing it between 6 couples. Everyone fell in love with the kitchen and great room configuration at the start, and the hot tub was used every night! We even had a small fox come up to the back deck the first night we moved in - so close to nature! The leaves had begun to turn, and were more beautiful every morning when we awoke. We had 7 motorcycles between us, and did fabulous day trips over the numerous passes (Independence Pass was spectacular), to Aspen and Pike's Peak, down to Colorado Springs, up to the Rocky Mountains National Forest - what beautiful countryside! We had an amazing time, and would definitely rent this house again, and recommend it to others looking for a great experience in Breckenridge!

  All 22 of us had a wonderful time staying at Boulder Ridge Lodge. It was so much fun being together, and the house was so easy to get to from the slopes. We used the hottub everyday, and even played basketball. The property rental company was extremely helpful, and would love to use them again for my next house rental. Thank you for opening up your house. We had a wonderful time. No complaints.
