The water was low at least 10 inches from the first night we arrived and used it, and I called for it to be filled up and no one came. So we had to go without a full hot tub the rest of the time. Other then that the place and location was very nice and cozy. Very close to town.

Thank you for your comment. We will check it out. There was no note in the reservation that there was a problem and we have all hot tubs serviced before quest arrival. Wonderful location and house. Nicely kept with warm touches. The bunk bed rail is loose so I would be mindful of that and it should be anchored. Truly enjoyed the amenities and location.

The Brookside House was everything we hoped it would be. The kids loved playing at the brook. The house was very comfortable and had everything you could possible need. Would very much like to stay again. Awesome!

Everything was great in general. However when I checked in I was charged an extra $500 damage deposit because no one in my party was 25 years of age or older. But other than that everything was enjoyable.

We really enjoyed our stay at this cabin. It was just a short drive from Breckenridge, it had everything we needed to make an awesome Thanksgiving Dinner, very well stocked! Pool table was great to have as well. Everyone wants to come back next year!

I was extremely impressed with the people at summit rentals. Myself and about ten other friends spent a few days at the Brookside house and had a blast in town and at the house. The Hot Tub was great, there were tons of places for everyone to sleep comfortably, the kitchen was very accomodating and it was fairly secluded from anyone else. After leaving the property I realized I had left my keys at the house. I was allowed to come back later that week to look for them saving hundreds of dollars in electronic keys.

The home is in such a beautiful place. We had a great time outside where our kids could play by the brook, build forts, and feed the squirrels and birds.
