Welcome to Gold Flake Chalet. This very large premium home can quickly become your second home, gathering families year after year. Gold Flake Chalet possesses a European charm whilst bragging many luxurious amenities. The gourmet kitchen is perfect for feeding the troops after a day of hitting the slopes or trails. Spectacular but serene views of ski slopes can be seen from all the windows throughout. House was surely built with creativity and artistic flare. The owners have hand selected and meticulously finished this lovely home in Breckenridge Heights.

This beautiful five bedroom + den home is set in a quiet neighborhood with g...orgeous mountain views. And with over 3,500 square feet, there is plenty of room for everyone. The spacious kitchen features a Vulcan commercial stove and all the equipment you need to whip up a gourmet meal. There a four seats at the island so everyone can chat while the meals are being prepared. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining table that seats party of ten. The deck has a gas grill and offers spectacular views of the Ten Mile Range.

After you come home from a long day of skiing, hang out in the living room and relax around the gas fireplace. There are two couches and two chairs to stretch out on while you catch up on your day, or simply listen to some music on the stereo.

Top floor features the spacious and bright master king bedroom with view of slopes and ensuite bathroom with separate shower and Jacuzzi tub. Adjacent is a guest bedroom with a queen bed and ladder that takes you up to a small hidden loft space.

There is a second king bedroom on main level, again, facing the mountain view. It shares a hallway bath with a shower.

Downstairs is the family room with plenty of seating around the new entertainment center with a brand new Samsung LED TV/Blu-ray player. Come down here so you don’t miss your favorite shows or to watch a movie at the end of your day. If you happen to fall asleep after the long day while you are watching a movie, not to worry, the sleeper sofa can accommodate you. There is also a table to have a competitive Scrabble game after you rejuvenate in the private hot tub.

Two additional bedrooms downstairs. One has a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The last bedroom has a Captain Bunk (full bottom, twin on top) with another pull out twin trundle underneath. This room has a full bathroom adjacent to it, accessed via hallway.

One car garage, extra vehicle parking in large driveway. Complimentary WIFI and washer/dryer this home offers everything you need for a comfortable vacation.

Drive to Gondola in winter. In summer, there is a footpath stairs that takes you right down to Main Street Breckenridge.

  Our son was recently married. After the wedding we were able to gather 13 family members, including kids, grandkids, sons-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, nephew, and a couple of people we never met before, for a great four-day reunion in Breckenridge. We had a splendid time, and Gold Flake Chalet was a perfect accommodation. Lots of family gathering space and plenty of private space when needed. Wish it was my house!
