The name speaks for itself! High Pointe House is definitely worth the trek up to reach it. Touch the beautiful mountain sky from the deck. Home is very cozy complete with a touch of southwestern flare.
High Point House is a comfortable, spacious home that offers you some seclusion without being too far from town. Its location is about 1.5 miles to Main Street in a lot surrounded by tall lodgepole pines. This is a moderate home for families looking for great value.

Fantastic house! Perfect for 3 families with small children! The open, spacey large room that connects right to the solarium and deck was perfect! The kitchen opens up to it too see easy to watch the kids run around. I highly recommend this house!

We enjoyed a week at the High Point House. The location was wonderful. We took a nice walk to town each morning. Plenty of room for everyone and we were all quite comfortable. The kids enjoyed the yard and we all enjoyed the hot tub. Thanks for a great stay!

Very nice home. It needs a good spring clean. The owner's need to hire someone to wipe down all the woodwork, including the ceilings with BONA, made for cleaning wood. Otherwise, we all enjoyed the house. The kitchen was particularly well equipped for a rental.

The house was very comfortable. There was a great deal of love and care in the decor. The maintenance needed to be better. The windows were not clean and were difficult to open and close.Small details like new cleaning agents under the kitchen sink would have been nice. These are things to be expected in other rentals we have had.

We were scheduled to stay in Frisco, but needed to move. The property managers were very good in offering us a different rental. High Point House is an excellent location for a large group. It was very comfortable. For us it was a bit inconvenient since we would be skiing at Copper Mountain and Breckenridge is a longer drive than Frisco. Overall, it was a very good experience.
