Wonderful location, beautiful place with amazing deck and views! Plenty of room to spread out and settle in for a great vacation. All the amenities you need are available! Great house for kids/families. We loved it here!

Spruce Ridge Lodge offers a great living room/kitchen/dining area and a number of bedrooms removed from it all. While the floor plan is a bit funky, this only adds to the charm.

This is our second time in Spruce Ridge Lodge. The home is lovely and very comfortable and suits our family to a T, with separate dining spaces for the adults and children, but close by enough to monitor what is going on. The location, is a short walk to the bus route and is doable even with two yr. olds. Easy access to town and house is nicely appointed. A few more wine glasses would be appreciated but figure some must have gotten broken by previous guests and wasn't noted. All in all, a great house and location and the agency, Summit Mtn. Rentals, was easy to work with.

I would rent this property again! We had everything we needed here and more! Location was convenient/close to the shuttle (1 block) which was only a couple minutes to ride. Overall it was a fantastic experience!

Our original house that we rented fell through and are we ever glad that it did! We were re-routed to Spruce Ridge Lodge by some lucky chance. When we walked into the place, all of our worries were gone. We had a mixed group of couples and singles for our 2011 ski trip. There was a sleeping surface for everybody without having to worry about invading other people's spaces or privacy. This is a huge house that had all of the amenities and then some. We had a wonderful time staying at Spruce Ridge Lodge.

Knives in kitchen would be greatly appreciated. We had 2 1/2 feet of snow during our visit so going out for dinner was really not an option. Also, it is a huge house and with a tight turnaround schedule, but the cleaning crew skipped a few things that were a little off putting when we arrived and settled in.(underwear from a previous guest in the bathroom, opened bag of chips by the bed. Overall, it was a great house, very comfortable, well situated.

Everything was great except the pillows were not very comfortable and there could have been more linens available, especially in the kitchen. The dishwasher also did an ok job. Might be time to look for a new one! Overall the stay was great and the managment staff was extremely helpful when we arrived. Thank you for your generosity.

We stayed at the spruce lodge and couldn't have been more satisfied! Everything from the amenities to the location was perfect! I loved the fact we were within walking distance to the base of peak 8 and the kids could enjoy the funpark anytime they wanted. We always love coming to Breckenridge but the stay this time was especially wonderful! We will definately be staying here again!
