Clea and nice, close to the slopes.

Left on 04/18/2013 for a stay in March 2013

Enjoyed the whole rental experience. Not having an elevator and being on the 3rd floor was the only downer.

      Extremely nice for the price

Left on 12/05/2012 for a stay in November 2012

Stayed here before Thanksgiving. Everything from check-in to check-out was great. The rental was extremely modern and newly remodeled. The price was an absolute steal for 3 nights and it was very close to downtown Breckenridge as well as the slopes. Entertainment system was the best I've seen. Plenty of firewood too. The only issues were that the the wifi was not the fastest and that I could not find the hot tub even after calling the rental office. I think they said it was in the basement but I couldn't find it down there.

      Nice place, good location

Left on 09/20/2012 for a stay in September 2012

The condo is very nice. Loft is deffinetely cramped if you sleep in the small nook. We pulled the bed out so it didn't feel so enclosed. Having 2 bathrooms is great, and the space is very nice. Five minute walk to the middle of everything in town.

Nice setup with a couple drawbacks

Left on 08/22/2012 for a stay in August 2012

This is a very nice and fully updated unit. It's very clean and comfortable but there are a few drawbacks:
      1. It's on the top floor so it's up a couple flights of stairs and no elevator (the laundry room is below the first floor)
      2. It's smaller than it appears in the pictures. It looks very big and spacious but it's really kind of cozy. This didn't impact our stay as there was still enough room, but just beware if you have a larger group.
      3. The loft setup is cool and the kids loved staying up there. The only problem was that the loft is open to the living/kitchen space below so we had to whisper and watch tv on very low volume when the kids went to bed.

Other than these items we had a great time at this unit and would definitely consider it again for our next trip to Breck.

Lovely remodelled condo in great location

Left on 08/10/2012 for a stay in July 2012

Well-fitted, with great facilities and a fantastic location.

Very comfortable for a couple, though if extra sleeping needed the loft conversion might be challenging for families/some groups.

Bring quarters if you want to do any washing.

      Summer in Breck

Left on 07/18/2012 for a stay in July 2012

We had a great family vacation in Breck. We were only sad it had to end. The condo was very nice. The only negative was the futon in the loft was broken. Other than that everything was great. All finishes were updated and the location was perfect. We could walk nearly everywhere we needed to go. Hope to be back again soon.

Wish I knew about the 37 stairs to gain entrance to the unit.

Left on 04/07/2011 for a stay in March 2010

The condo was acceptable but in need of a renewal. My 63 year old wife found the 37 stairs that she need to climb to our unit after a day of skiing very difficult. If the reservation people had mentioned this we would not have rented this unit. The website should be changed to reflect this fact as some people would not be able to make the climb. There was no good path from the ski run to the condo we had to climb over snow banks. This should be maintained and improved.

      Probably not again

Left on 03/16/2011 for a stay in March 2011

I rented the Four O'clock Lodge Unit #16 and was disappointed with several things that I wanted to bring to your attention. One third of of our vacation budget was alotted to accomodations, and I feel that it was not worth the price that was paid.

      1) The reservation confirmation states" This one bedroom + loft condo is fully loaded with a TV, VCR, indoor and outdoot hot tubs and Pool." This statement implies that the unit has a hot tub and pool or at least the building does. When it fact it did not, the hot tubs and pool were located at a different location that one needed to drive to, it was not easy to get to or what was expected.

The refrigerator/freezer was found to be not working on our arrival and we stored groceries on the balcony during our first night. I will say that there was a quick response in repairing it, because when we returned from skiing that day it was fixed.
The carpet was torn up near the entrance to the kitchen exposing the carpet tack strip and the carpet needed cleaning. There were no matches for the fireplace.

There were 4 people staying in the unit and there were not enough blankets or towels. The furniture is old, outdated The recliner sofa has a broken handle on the right side and was difficult to recline in. The over sized tables leave little room to move about the area. The queen mattress was too hard. I also was surprised at the lack of a few basic items; cookie sheet or roasting pan, aluminium foil, extra paper towels.
The staff did not seem very knowledgeable about the ski areas, ski school etc. As newcomers to breckenridge and not familar with the area, I was surprised that they weren't able to tell me how to get to the ski school. I will say the the view was superb, the closeness to snowflake lift great and the proximity to town wonderful, but you really need to update some things.

      Functional, but dated

Left on 03/02/2011 for a stay in February 2011

I stayed at 4 o'clock lodge with my wife and two sons (12 and 13). The unit was a 1 BR w/ loft and 2 Ba. The location was perfect. About 1/2 block to the Snowflake lift (2 min walk), easy ski in at the back of the complex and a short (10 min) walk to town. The unit itself was relatively spacious and very quiet (top floor), but very dated. Most of the interior was perfectly functional, but there was wall-to-wall carpet everywhere (including bathrooms) that has seen better days and the walls could use a fresh coat of paint. Also, most of the loft has a very low ceiling, so is really only useful for kids. We had a perfectly nice week, but I would not stay there again.

      Decent condo...close to the lifts/slopes

Left on 01/14/2011 for a stay in December 2010

When we first arrived it smelled slightly smokey (probably from the fireplace). It had plenty of space for our group of 4 people. Although we had to drive to the hot tub and pool it was only about a 1-2 minute drive and is definitely walking distance during the summer months. The decorations and furniture were outdated but for the price it wasn't bad. It was walking distance to the lift and located right on the four-o'clock catwalk. We walked into town which was cold but not a bad walk. Overall, for the price it was a decent stay.

      Enjoyable

Left on 12/22/2010 for a stay in December 2010

Location is excellent. Only 50 yards from the Snowflake lift. The 4 oclock condo is a bit old, albeit nicely decorated. My next reservation would probably requests ground floor rather than hauling my gears with the ski boots going up and down 3 flights of stairs. That is one thing the reservation fails to delineate. We only knew we were going to unit 16. There was supposed to be wi-fi at the four oclock complex. However we had no access to the codes. Hot tub access is a hassle as you are supposed to go to another condo with another access card. I just dont see how we want to do that in and out of our clothes across a few blocks just to dip in the hot tub. Otherwise, the accommodation is nice. Folks at the arm checkin and checkoout are very nice and helpful. They deserve a raise.

Great location, sunny south facing and comfortable.

Left on 09/02/2010 for a stay in August 2010

The unit was comfortable but outdated compared to the photos. It needs some interior facelifting with the decor and I had problems with the TV in the main room. The remote would not change the channels or shut down. I had to do it manually. Needs a new remote.

Comfortable Stay in Unit Needing Rehab

Left on 08/19/2010 for a stay in July 2010

The Four O'Clock lodge was comfortable and clean. but not maintained very well for summer visitors.

Some simple maintenance and painting touch ups needs done on it to make it more appealing for a return visit. For example, when you attempt to pull a wet towel through the towel rack in the master bath the rack falls off the wall. There was a lot of wear and tear damage to the unit, so much so that 24 hours wasn't enough to find it all.

We really enjoyed having our own kitchen, and enough bedrooms/lofts for everyone to sleep in. The location was really nice. Falling asleep to the sound of the creek was amazing. The creek and the loft were the reasons we choose the unit. The kids absolutely loved having their own loft upstairs.

It was frustrating the office wasn't open during normal hours to ask questions, but we did get a hold of someone by phone. The advertisement about the pool, was a bit misleading, in that we thought the pool was located on the property -- it was actually on another property over a block's walk away.

A Perfect Family Vacation Starts at Four O'Clock!

Left on 03/17/2010 for a stay in March 2010

Our family was is 'high Heaven' thanks to VisitBreck.com and Breckenridge Accommodations! The condo at Four O'Clock Lodge was very clean and very well stocked with all of the essential items that we needed for the entire week of our stay. After a day of skiing on the mountain, we were delighted to be able to ski right into our condo and settle into the comfortable warmth of our condo, which we quickly dubbed our 'home for the week'. Breckenridge has so many shops and restaurants that kept us busy after the lifts closed, we quickly realized that we could have easily stayed for another week. Thanks so much for the superb service (and the free movie rentals each night)! The home, as well as the location (less than half a block's walk to the nearest lift) was perfect. We will certainly come back!

The property is not a four or five star, but if you are looking for a large condo for a single family or a group of friends at a very economic price this place is perfect, across the street from the lift and you ski right into the froperty from the four o'clock run. For us it was the perfect vacation place. It also comes stocked with fire wood wich was very nice.Very convenient if you want to spend the day on the mountain

The 4 Oclock lodge is a great location. Only a TINY walk to the snowflake lift and still perfectly near all the after snowboarding ativities on Main Street including dining. It is close enough for a quick walk to the base area called the Village at Peak 9 too. The lodge is great, nicely decorated and Breckenridge Accomodations has always been of great service! Will be staying there again this season more than once.

Great place, Four o'clock walk though

Left on 09/25/2008 for a stay in March 2007

Parking, was close to full, but I never had a problem. The location of the condo is great... I rented a third floor unit that has the loft and also 2 full bathrooms, so I had alot of floor space if anyone needed to stay over due to the bar crawl, which is only 1/5th mile walk. Speaking of walking though, The run that takes you back to the condo is not boarder friendly. I would have liked to have a community gas grill and a hot tub of course. You get this condo for the size, location, and price. The people at Breck Accommodations were great.
