What Past Guests Are Saying
Well it was okay, except no good patio and windows not so good and beds uncomfortable and not enough towels at all and refrigator froze all of our food and pool and hot tub to far and card didn't work. Also no wireless internet that was promised and called the phone number on it for emerg. and got voicemails that were full. Other than that okay.
Started off a little rough then got better
The accommodations itself (location, furnishings, etc) were very good. It started with administrative errors. We got email stating to check in at one place (315 N. Main) on a Sunday from 4 to 6 pm, then come to find out it was at another place (400 Park ave) and the place was not open. We had to call to find this information which thank goodness there's a 24 hr line. Anyway, we got to the lock box and it had only brochures and an envelope with keys. No directions as to where our condo was located. So we called again and had to get directions. This was frustrating for all of us. The next day I got a call from the office and picked up the paper with the directions on it, the pool key and the parking permit. I don't know why they just didn't have all that with the brochures. After that confusion, we had a great time. This is why I gave low marks for Chek-In and Service.

Great Family & Friends Gathering Place
Our group consisted of a varying number of adults and young adults over a long weekend. We greatly enjoyed the location and the floor plan. It accomodated comfortable socializing while preparing meals and plenty of space for sleeping along with great views!! We have been staying in Breck for years and found this our favorite so far. Thanks!!
What a wonderful ski in/ski out
Beautiful 3 br / 2 and 3/4 bathr three level condo; on the first floor, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a living room with gorgeous views of the ski mountain peaks. On the second floor, 1 queen br with its full bthr and a two twin br with a 3/4 bthr. Views East (part mountain part town); Third floor: Master king br with full bthr (including jacuzzi tub). Across the street (literally), is the snowflake chair lift.Ski back on 4 o'clock road, turn right at the snowflake lift sign and remove your skis ... in the covered and heated parking garage (+1 car space outside the closed garage). After a rewarding day of skiing walk few minutes east on 4 o'clock road into the heart of historic Breckenridge with it many restaurants, shopping streets and historical business district and/or a very short walk from home, across the bridge, over the sawmill creek, will take you to off property hot tubs to which renters of this unit have access (with a code). We have also stayed there during the summer months and the place and its access to outdoor activities is just outstanding!
