IndianaGreat location!!!
Left on 02/06/2013 for a stay in January 2013
This place was great! It was truelly ski in and ski out. It had plenty of space and was stocked with everything that you would find in a normal house. They had everything that we needed from a crock-pot to board games. The location was very convient to main street, you could walk just about anywhere you wnated or needed to go to. The Master bed was hard, but there were a couple of egg crates in the closet that made it sleep very comfortably. I would highly recomnd this condo to anyone. My family and I had a great stay.

Shawnee, KansasClean and convenient condo
Left on 07/20/2012 for a stay in July 2012
Our first stay in the Cedars #25 and found it very clean, quiet, and functional with easy access to downtown Breck. Great balcony and deck but unfortunately no chairs available in order to enjoy them. Otherwise no complaints and will stay here again.

This is a great location and the condo is in decent shape considering the age. The service people were very prompt with the one repair issue we had.
However, Master Bedroom mattress was hard as concrete. I have never felt anything that hard. I had to lay the conforter on top of the bed to get any cushion at all and still had to take 8 hr Tylenol to be able to sleep half way decent. This was a bad negative since we rented it for 7 days!! -

IndianaGreat location, nice condo
Left on 07/13/2011 for a stay in July 2011
This condo was just a short walking distance to downtown. It had a stream out the front door. We enjoyed our stay, and it was very comfortable. Liked having a garage for our car. Could have used a second bar of soap in the shower by the end of the stay. No ice maker in the refrig and only two working ice trays, so you have to keep emptying them to keep enough ice for a family. It includes a nice washer/dryer with detergent which we really appreciated. The TV is small, not flat screen, but those who spend most time outdoors won't care. It did have a DVD player with it.

Lutcher, LouisianaGot your money, now get the hell out!
Left on 03/04/2010 for a stay in February 2010
We recently stayed at the Cedar #25 for our family vacation. Our
accomodations were completely scheduled and booked through
VisitBreck.com. (lodging, airfare, transportation, etc.) On our last day of our
vacation, we were scheduled a late flight out (around 7pm) and check out
time is for 10am. We called ahead of time to request late check out because
of this.
It was noon and we had all our things packed and ready to be picked up
and were going to allow the cleaning personnel to come in to begin cleaning
the top floor while we waited for our transportation and we get a phone call
stating that if we didn't get out, they were going to send someone to get us
out. We agreed to leave if they had somewhere we could wait until our
shuttle took us to the airport. We were told to go and sit in a restaurant or
something.
We had a 3 year old and a 5 year old and lots of luggage. I don't think the
restaurant would have been able to accomodate all of that. In the meantime,
we got on a bus and rode around until the time our shuttle (which they had
scheduled) picked us up. As we rode around, we also noticed that they had
sent a police officer to get us out if we hadn't of left... Are you serious?
They are the ones who made these arrangements... We understood that
someone else would be renting the unit that day but they should have given
us other options instead of basically kicking us out and saying "DEAL WITH
IT!" Up until that point, our trip had been enjoyable... -

Cedars #25 was the perfect place for us. It is in a
great location....true ski in/ski out,perfect walking
distance to downtown Breckenridge and ski rental
shops.
The condo is not the fanciest place, but is
comfortable, warm and had everything we needed.
I recommend it highly.

Very convenient to the Breckenridge ski resort but we were not happy when we asked if we could extend our stay from 11:00 to 5:00 because the Interstate was closed and the Breckenridge Accomondations told us we would have to pay an additional $130.00 even though no one was scheduled to move into the condo for the next 24 hours.

Paducah, KYConvenient but dated
Left on 02/05/2009 for a stay in February 2009
Extremely convenient to the slopes and downtown. The property management team was responsive to our maintenance calls. Overall, Cedars 25 is pleasant and efficient, but not luxurious. It accommodates 4 adults well, but no more than 4. Adding a few children would be ok. Bedrooms and bathrooms are dated but very functional. The pillows on the beds urgently need to be replaced. The kitchen is adequately stocked with dishes and cookware. The kitchen cabinets are in need of repair. Washer, dryer, television and dishwasher were in good repair and useful. Pool and hot tub access is not convenient nor readily accessible.

New Orleans, LaTwo Family Stay - Peak 9 - Breck
Left on 01/14/2009 for a stay in January 2009
We were two families of 4 sharing this 2 bedroom condo. We loved the location - easy walk to the Quicksilver lift, and easy ski/walk in from Peak 9. We chose this location since we're all novice skiers, and Peak 9 offered lots of green trail options as well as easy connections to the other mountains at Brec. We had a great view of the mountains and the lift right from our den window. Ski lessons were offered right near the lift as well.
Rentals were easily accessible just down the street at Blue River Sports - real nice folks.
The dryer came in handy for drying out our ski gear. Gave the microwave and toaster a workout, but did most of our serious eating on Main and Ridge Streets, which were a chilly but easy walk away. Bedding was above average although you may need to bring your own pillows. The decor is rustic, clean and adequate. Only complaint was the lack of lighting - closets were dark and a den lamp didn't work properly.
We'd definitely book this condo again. The convenient location was well worth it! -

Left on 01/09/2009 for a stay in January 2009
We just spent five great days at the Cedars #25 with five new inches of snow and great skiing conditions. The location of the unit was unbeatable. The unit had a washer/dryer which was nice to have on vacation. The one-car garage was large enough to house skis and a standard size SUV. This truly is a ski-in, ski-out. Our only complaint was the very very hard king size bed in the master bedroom. Other beds were fine but this bed was extremely hard. The conveniences, though, did outweight the negative.

You cannot beat this location! The condo is a little tired & worn though. There is a very small garage which eases the parking situation - if your car will fit in it. Never did find the pool.

We took my son and his wife and 5 year old daughter to Breckenridge for a ski vacation. This is a great place to stay...Right next to the ski lift entrance, just steps from the kids ski school, very close to town(walking distance)...We loved the layout of the condo. Nice size living room, dining room, bedrooms with private bath. Will stay there on our next ski trip.
