Condo was clean and comfortable. Kitchen utensils were pretty bad but you can make due. Lots of beds. The best thing about the place was its location. A 30 second walk to the slopes. Can beat that!!

Jen is very welcoming and nice. The condo is a perfect location. right in the heart of breckenridge. The kids loved the hot tub right in the family room. very cool!!!

This property has an excelent location, one of the best in Breck, ski in/out, plus conveniently close to main street.
It can sleep 9 confortably and even 11 with rollaways included.
Well equiped, although furniture seems a little old, but acceptable, if you are not too picky.
The in-house jacuzzi is definetly a plus. -

Cedars is one of my favorit places to stay in Breckenridge. It's close to the slopes and town this unit had hottub and the upper village pools are about 1/2 block away. The open living space makes it comofrtable and you can visit with everyone. The 2 bedrooms were more than enough room.

a wall of electrical was out and it took awhile to get that fixed. the garage door didn't go up. several light bulbs were burned out. the coffee pot was broken and glass was inside the pot. the unit really needed someone to check it out.

Excellent location at base of peak 9 chairlift. Can ski in/out of this condo complex. Good layout for large group of friends or family with kids. Within short walk to restuarants and shops.

In our original rental the water was not working so Breck decided to put us into this condo. It was awesome, it was ski and ski out, the hot tub was amazing, we have a great time.

Great location, close to everything! Very easy, short stroll (even in ski boots!) to the slopes and Maggies Pond. We walked to dinner every night and shopping. Interior of the condo is a little dated, but it had everthing you needed and we would stay here again.....locaton, location, location!

The condo is very conveniently located near the bottom of the QuickSilver chair. Just a quick walk across the condo complex takes you to the slopes. Also close to the village with restaurants and grocery etc.
Parking is an issue. Only one stall in the garage. The garage is also a tight fit and requires a 15-point turn to get in or out especially as the snow bank next to the driveway gets larger and narrows the entry.
The condo is very basic but serviceable. It is 70's/80's in decor. The appliances are old; sliding windows leak air and ice up at night. Kitchen is adequately outfitted but could use more pots of different sizes. The living room is very comfortable and well arranged. The hot tub is large and the maintenance man checked the temp twice during the week.
There are plenty of places for coat and mitten storage in the foyer area.
Stairs are very steep -- not appropriate for small children under 3.
Bedrooms are small but lots of bed space with a queen and single w/trundle in one room and the other with a queen and bunks. Bathrooms are basic but clean.
In short, a great basic and economical housing option in a convenient location.
