The rental was dirty and smelled, we have been to Colorado yearly for spring break for more than 15 years. We will never rent from this management again. The garage was so tiny you could not take your boots off with one vehicle parked inside, and it was located on the opposite site of the condo.

Manager
We are sorry the guest had any issues. We were not notified of any problems or we could have done our best to assist and fix any issues to the guests satisfaction. The garage is a detached garage but does accommodate a vehicle, unfortunately we as the management cannot rememdy the size.

Highlights - lots of space for our family, nice layout, great hot tub on deck overlooking trees and wildflowers. Adequately equipped kitchen. Good location a few blocks from Main Street. Unit reasonably clean. The management office was extremely friendly and helpful at all tmes - really great service. Low lights: carpet appeared to need a deep cleaning/vacuuming on arrival. We arrived for a 5 night stay and there was only enough dishwasher detergent to wash one load of dishes; it was replenished on request but we had to wait a day to get it.

Was disappointed in choosing this property. It is dated, carpets looked dirty, downstairs doors were difficult to close and made a lot of noise when opening or shutting - waking up people still wanting to sleep. Upstairs doors would not stay open.Would not stay here again.

109 Village Point was a perfect location. We were able to walk to the peak 9 lifts in less than 10 minutes. The place was great in that it slept seven adult comfortably, and was located perfectly for us to walk to town.

Village Point is excellent for a group, as you can comfortably fit enough people to make the per person cost very low for a house in walking distance from Peak 9 (in snowboard boots, probably not ski boots).
The place was clean and spacious, the staff was helpful when needed, the hot tub is new and large, and the appliances are all up to date and functional. Bring an a/V cable if you wish to use an iPod in the surround sound system. -

The trip was amazing! The Hot tub was a perfect addition to the stay. I really enjoyed everything about this trip. The only thing I was dissapointed about was we were told that it was ski in, ski out. Which in a way it is, once you walked two blocks to your condo. I shouldn't complain though. Everything is pretty close, gas station, great food, nightlife, shopping. The condo was very well kept, the staff was VERY nice, and the hot tub couldnt have been a better addition. 8 of us slept very confortably and will recommend it to anyone.

We were very pleased with the entire experience. The website was easy to use and the staff were friendly and helpful. The unit was clean and comfortable and exactly 'as billed.' Shuttle service is a great perk as well. We will definitely use Breckenridge Accommodations again.

Denver, COFabulous, quiet mountain rental!
Left on 10/01/2008 for a stay in June 2008
This home was very spacious and has a great view of the Breck area. It was not within walking distance of town, but the area was very quiet and the large house with plenty of parking was well worth it.

Aurora, COA nice place to stay, however...
Left on 09/19/2008 for a stay in July 2008
My family and two friends spent several days over the 4th of July, 2008 in this unit. We reserved it a few days before our stay, which may explain my issues:
1. The condo was not thoroughly clean. The bathrooms were fine, but the kitchen floor and stove were grimey. The window blinds were very dusty, as were, many of the wood surfaces (ie. base of stair railings). The windows were very dirty, and the deck had not been cleaned (a snow shovel was still propped there, in July!).
2. The hot tub had not been serviced in months! When we removed the cover, we were overwhelmed by the chlorine odor. The following day, a service man came over, drained the hot tub and serviced it, which meant we needed to wait several hours for it to warm up.
I took it upon myself to clean what I couldn't live with for 4 days. In my estimation, these things should have been taken care of before we arrived.
As far as the unit itself, it was beautiful! Nothing was worn or dated. We felt very comfortable there, and enjoyed a very relaxing 4th with our friends, minus the few housekeeping chores that I felt compelled to do.
