Los AngelesNice spot
Left on 05/24/2012 for a stay in February 2012
It was a nice place overall in a great location.
But...
It was hot as heck in the basement and very cold upstairs (I thought heat rises).
The hot tub was very shallow and your shoulders are exposed unless you lay down.

Littleton, COGreat time in Breckenridge
Left on 04/06/2011 for a stay in March 2011
Had a great time in Breckenridge. Breck. Mtn. Village house was great. Kids loved the hot tub. We loved how close to the shuttle bus and to town that we were located. Only need to change 2 things. #1 - House needs wireless internet service. Probably couldn't stay here again if they don't get it. #2 - Two Masters should really have King beds instead of Queens. (Time to upgrade beds anyway).
The rest of the house was great, fully equipped with everything we needed (kitchen gear, games, tv's/stereo, washer/dryer, sleds, and more). We really enjoyed ourselves. Great view to the mountains too! We loved sitting on the sunny front porch after skiing enjoying a cold beverage and the beautiful view of the slopes!
Thank you. -

Round Rock, TXExcellent location and great space for our family
Left on 01/03/2011 for a stay in December 2010
We came right before the holidays and while you can't predict the snow, we had fabulous weather and with the great proximity to the shuttle, getting to the slopes was a piece of cake with our 8 and 10 year old. The home was well furnished, nicely stocked kitchen and had plenty of room for our family. The hot tub was a favorite after our skiing! We would come back!

Burlington, VTGreat mountain home with all the ammenities
Left on 10/14/2010 for a stay in October 2010
This is a great rental within easy walking distance to town, but just out of the hustle and bustle of Main Street in a nice quiet neighborhood. It was ideal for our group. Peak Property staff was extremely friendly and accommodating; they even dropped off hair dryers when we found the condo missing them. The private hot tub was an added bonus and the house was very clean, comfortable, and had nice mountain views from one of the large bedrooms. I'd highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Breckenridge!

Alexandria, VAannoying smell and street noise
Left on 08/11/2010 for a stay in August 2010
There was an annoying smell when we arrived as if someone had sprayed a full can of air freshener. We learned that the culprit was a furnace filter with air freshener in it. It was replaced but the smell persisted for the 2 days we stayed. Also, we could not leave the bedroom windows open at night due to noise from traffic on the street just outside the window. No hair dryer was provided.

nebraskaNice place!
Left on 12/02/2009 for a stay in November 2009
We stayed 4 nights here over Thanksgiving weekend. The house had plenty of room for the 6 adults and 2 babies we had. It was fairly close to downtown - only about a 6-8 block walk. There is also a free shuttle right across the street that will bring you downtown to the gondola area. The home was well equipped for us to cook all our meals there, the hot tub was WONDERFUL, and the fireplace was cozy. The only downfall was that the 2nd master bedroom doesn't have any blinds on the top window, so it is very light once the sun comes up. Since this is where our babies were sleeping, it was hard to get them to nap during the day. We had to move their beds every afternoon. Other than that, the place was great and we would gladly return.

Birmingham, MINIce Home w/ Some Issues
Left on 04/15/2009 for a stay in April 2009
Clean and well-kept house close to downtowm Breckenridge. We would stay there again if the downstairs/basement sleeping arrangements were fixed. The one twin bed on the left side in the basement bedroom needs a new mattress and the sofa bed, also in the basement, is in terrible shape with a poorly placed metal support bar and little padding. If the customer is only going to use the upstairs two bedrooms, those beds and accommodations are very good. We needed the additional sleeping space downstairs and that is where we ran into a problem. Fix those items and we would definitely be back.

Mobile, ALWonderful Home - Great for skiing!
Left on 02/26/2009 for a stay in February 2009
The property we stayed at was wonderful! It was a short drive to the lifts, had a great lay-out, and the hot-tub out back was soothing after a long day on the slopes.
My family would highly recommend this home to anyone, and we will definitely be back! -

Colorado Springs, COGreat Ski Condo at Breck Base 9
Left on 01/22/2009 for a stay in January 2009
A very nice, cozy family ski home. Close to (by bus or 15 min walk) to Breck's Base 9. Well stocked with games and beds! PPM's service was extraordinary. When we arrived an evening before we were expected, Michael H. got the house ready and delivered the check in package to us at our table in the Breckenridge Brewery. Nice!! We definitely try to return to this property again this season, and look forward to working with Michael!!

TexasNice vacation house
Left on 10/27/2008 for a stay in June 2008
We have stayed in this house two years in a row. We love the house. It is very clean and is in a great location. This year we stayed one day less than the year before becasue teh house was not going to be ready and because of this we were charged a cleaning fee. We felt that was not fair and not fully explained this. The fee that was charged was not a fee that would be charged above a normal cleaning fee. We may have to rethink next year because of this.

Thanks for replying to our survey. I show that you were charged our normal $25 service fee (the lowest fee in town). This is not due to your length of stay and is present on every reservation. I hope this does not deter you from visiting us again.
