4 bedroom/2 bath, 1469 sq. ft. townhouse located 3 blocks from Main Street with a Shuttle Stop at the end of the driveway. It has a full kitchen, Wood fireplace, TV, VCR, DVD, Stereo and Large Deck off living room. There is a Queen-sized bed in the first bedroom, Queen-sized bed in the second bedroom, Captain Bunk in the third and fourth bedrooms, and a Queen-sized sofa sleeper in the Den. You also have a Stackable Washer/Dryer in Unit and a Carport ( 2 car maximum ). *NO SMOKING*

Highly recommend both the condo and Peak property.Communication was great throughout.The condo is about 10 minutes walk into the start of the village (and we had a 2 year old with us).You can see the bus stop from the patio windows which open out onto a lovely decking area where we built a snowman for the grandaughter to look out on.The scenery is amazing.There is pretty much everything needed except us brits missed a kettle..we used a pan.Great beds,loads of space for clothes.Having a bath as well as 2 showers was lovely for soaking away the aches of a day on the slopes.Really cant find anything negative to say about it and still miss our nights around the crackling log fire looking out at the snow laden trees.

Excellent value. You get seven beds when you count the two bunks and pull-out couch. Bonus: The pullout couch is in it's own room/space and is separate from the living room, so you easily get another person in there comfortably. Nice kitchen and dinning areas. Clean, nice fireplace with plenty of wood. A long walk into Breck, and a short drive to the slopes. Enjoy.

Stayed here with 3 couples and 1 single. Four bedrooms worked out great. The place was spacious, clean, and well decorated. We loved the wood fireplace and lots of firewood was stocked outside. The bus pickup was about 30 foot walk from the units front door and was always on time. The mill run area felt secluded but was right next to everything. You could easily walk to Breckenridge Brewery.
The covered parking only fits about 1 and 1/2 cars. But not a big problem. I would definitley stay here again and it was well worth the price compared to other places.
