This beautiful home has a full kitchen, gas woodstove, 2 TV’s, 2 VCR’s, high speed internet access and Stereo with CD. There is a King-sized bed in the master bedroom, Queen-sized bed in the second bedroom, Queen-sized bed in the third bedroom, Queen-sized bed in the fourth bedroom, 2 Captain bunk beds (double on bottom, twin on top) in the fifth bedroom and a sofa sleeper in the den. This home has a Large Deck with a Large Outdoor Hot Tub, a Gas Grill and Great Views of Ski Area. *4 Cars Maximum* *NO SMOKING*

Perfect Place!
We were in 10 people and we just loved the place. The location is great, very close to everything we needed. As we were in 5 couples, each couple had a room and a bathroom, which was really important.
The only thing that we didn't like was the kids bedroom. The Double Bed doesn't have space between the bed and the bed above. One of the couples had to drag the mattress and lay it in the sofa bed in the living room. It was easy to manage though.

Great space
This house had a lot of great space that we could all spread out in. Also plenty of bathrooms for everyone. Great views too. Kitchen well stocked and beds were very comfortable. Carpets could use cleaning and the upper windows in the great room are really bright in the summer as you are trying to make dinner. Reflective tint might help.

Wonderful family time...great accomodations
We have rented this home before and were pleased with the size and many amenities, so we were pleased to have another week retreat there. The rental is in good condition and I would expect it to be clean upon arrival. However, this time I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the house. Under the kitchen table, the floor was sticky in many places when we arrived. The chairs had to be wiped down as they just felt dirty. I am sure it was even more sticky and needed to be cleaned when we left, but with a $300+ cleaning deposit, I would expect better attention to detail. There were (and maybe still are) pretzels and 'stuff' under the couch in the living room. There was a wadded up potato chip bag under the chair near the corner stove in the living room. Vacumning was inconsistent, and several areas had been missed.
On the other hand, there were plenty of towels and the kitchen was well stocked. The check in/out staff was helpful and friendly.
We have been pleased with the facilities we have rented from you for many years and will continue to call when we have an occasion to want to spend time in Breckenridge. I am hopeful, that the next time we stay, I am not disappointed with the cleanliness of the unit we rent.

It was an amazing time!!
Over all, the experience was wonderful. The house was very spacious. The only thing that was a downer was the hot tub jets stopped working (90%) of the time and the heater stopped working. Other than that out entire family loved the stay. Everything we did was extremely close to the residence. Shopping, Skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, Night life. We loved it!! We would refer everyone!!
