Bad Start
When we arrived to the condo the garage door didn't work (a problem we had last time we stayed in these condo's). We had 2 trucks sitting in the middle of the road. We called and told management, they said they would come fix it. I then went into the condo to find furniture spread all over the down stairs, blankets waded up on the couch, a trashcan, floor mat and ladder laying on the top bunk of the bed. There was a bed and dresser in the garage so we couldn't pull in. On the stairs up to the Master bedroom there were pillows covering the stairs that had been thrown there. We called management again. They said they would come into and fix it. We missed out dinner reservations waiting on all this to be fixed. Once they did arrive and start moving stuff around we just sat there.
They were nice about it, but I was a little annoyed they didn't offer us anything, as that is not the acceptable way to have $600/night condo looking when guests arrive. They told us that maintenance people didn't know someone was coming to stay there...not sure if that is an acceptable explanation since we booked a week in advance and had already paid for the condo. Once that was taken care of we had a nice time.
Indianapolis
Far better than we had hoped!
We are from Indianapolis, and have skied/boarded often in Michigan. We have long talked about a trip to Colorado, and decided to make it happen. What a great decision! The slopes were fun and as challenging as we wanted, the town of Breckenridge was welcoming, interesting, and had plenty to do, and our rental condo was roomy (there were 9 of us), comfortable, and the icing on the cake! Having completed our trip, the one thing we all agreed on, was that we are going to do this again! Thank you!

Nice unit, clean, good buy.
This was a good, comfortable, clean condo with good space and thoughtful
furnishings. It's not a high-end or luxury unit, but is comfortable and a
great value for the price. The owners' care shows in a lot of nice little
touches. Location is very good too. It's ski-in/ski-out, but Breckenridge
seems to stretch the ski-in/out concept with a lot of flat trails woven
throughout the upper part of the town. From the unit to the nearest lift is a
breeze; just step out back and ski down a few turns to the lift. Getting back
requires a long, pretty flat run with some traversing. It was tiring on skis; it
would be exhausting for any beginner on a snowboard! Walkable to town
but it's a bit of a hike.
Also, keep in mind that this unit sits at about 9800 feet and is a three-story
with lots of steps. The trips up and down the steps really highlight the
effects of the thin air. I wouldn't recommend it for anyone particularly
sensitive to the effects of altitude (but then again, you might rethink
Breckenridge if that's the case).

Nice place, great location!
Nicely furnished, stocked kitchen, great ski-in/out location and close to downtown Breck. Had a great time there with family and would certainly stay at this place again!

Not all cracked up to be
It is not a true ski in on snowflake run. There is a part that required 100 yrds of walking before getting back to home. There was no hottub at this unit and the bedrooms had no TVs. The property was nice despite these problems but could have went with cheaper place since I had to walk anyway.
