Foster Family Vacation
Roanoke, VirginiaFamily Fun Vacation!!!
Left on 03/24/2013 for a stay in March 2013
We loved the White Wolf where our family stayed the first week of March!!! The unit was large enough to accomodate all of us comfortably and it was nice having the open-floor plan on the middle floor for all of us to get together. The kitchen was sufficiently stocked and it was great having the grill. The hot tub was certainly enjoyed after a long day on the slopes!
The location of the home was close to the Free Ride bus line which was much more convenient to use than driving our own car and dealing with parking. What a plus!
The service we received when needed from Peak Properties was prompt and friendly.
Overall, we had a great vacation in Breckenridge and would definitely stay in this townhouse again.

Snowboarder from the flat lands
IowaExceeded our expectations!
Left on 02/14/2012 for a stay in January 2012
At check in the person was very friendly, answered all our questions, and gave us hot sauce (what more could you want). The house was easy to find, and in a great location, was inviting, and very well kept. Two issues...The up stairs bathroom was always cold, and three of the four humidifiers didn't work. These are very minor issues, and didn't take away from our mini vacation.

Denver, COHappy summer Holiday
Left on 07/24/2011 for a stay in July 2011
Our 4th of July weekend in this duplex was wonderful. We had grandparents, parents and grandchildren with plenty of room. the property was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Although we were disappointed that the shuttle to town was not in service, there were lots of areas for exploring and the walk to the Peak 8 activities was not bad for the toddlers.
The Peak Property Mgmt. group was great and not only provided excellent service, but great information on local things to do. We would definitely book with them again. -

Baytown, TxPerfect location, comfort and style.
Left on 12/15/2010 for a stay in December 2010
We had a very good stay at your vacation property. From the quick and easy check-in, lose proximity to downtown Breckenridge and the slopes it was an all around great experience. Oh, and I can't forget to mention the absolute gorgeous home! I would definitely recommend and also return to this property.

IowaFamily Thanksgiving
Left on 12/09/2010 for a stay in November 2010
the home was okay although...many electronics (upstairs tv, dvd player in great room, toaster) didn't work properly and the kitchen was poorly stocked of baking dishes for the occasion. We thought it could have been cleaner, like door knobs, etc.
When we inquired about the location of this rental we were told it was 'within' one mile of the village Breckenridge. That one mile is straight up! Our plans of daily walks to the village were canceled, especially with a pregnant mom and an 18 month old. Being from the mid west, adjusting to altitude is difficult in the village, let alone residing half way up Peak 8. So, having a honest description of the location may have made a difference in our selection of rental.
Then, on Thanksgiving day when guests were arriving for dinner and the toddler was napping in the upstairs bedroom, someone was on the roof shoveling the snow! A mound of shoveled roof snow nearly missed a guest as she stepped on the porch!!
The 10:00 check out time is difficult to manage with a family but we could not reach Peak Mgmt to request an extension.
The unit accommodated our numbers very well and allowed us to have a quiet 4th room for the toddler. The kitchen is large with plenty of counter top space for food prep. The dishwasher would sometimes leave a gritty soapy residue on clean dishes. -

Left on 03/25/2010 for a stay in March 2010
We were very comfortable in this house, they have furnished it with every thing
needed to stay there in a fashion as if you lived there. Had everything we
needed. The set up was just right with none of the bedrooms being on the
main floor. We had 8 people and there was more than enough room for every
one to be comfortable in the main living area. Clean and very well maintained.
Peak rental made sure all our questions where answered and gave us the
feeling they would be there for anything we may have needed. Thanks -

Left on 03/25/2010 for a stay in March 2010
Pluses: Interior clean, comfortable & quiet for our group of eight including our five month old great granddaughter. The home met our needs & expectations. The garage handled our rather tall van with ski rack & skis without problem, a welcome suprise! We liked the 'snow removal grating' on the front porch to clean our boots before entering the front door.
Minuses: Entering through the back door was a different story as the garage floor was dirty & resulted in tracking in. Closer ski shuttle stops would have been appreciated but they were 'as advertised'.
Overall we enjoyed the home very much, thank you.

Colorado Springs, COWhite Wolf - 4BR
Left on 02/04/2010 for a stay in January 2010
We had a wonderful stay! The house was gorgeous and
there was plenty of room for all 7 of us. It was so
nice to get into the hot tub after a long day of
skiing/snowboarding! There were plenty of towels and
blankets which was a definite plus and the kitchen
was equipped with everything we needed. My family
and I highly recommend this 4BR condo to any one
interested in staying in Breck. The proximity to the
slopes and the shuttle stop was great. An A+ for
sure! -

Monument, ColoradoNice but stayed in better places
Left on 09/30/2009 for a stay in September 2009
While we enjoyed our stay in Breckenridge most of us have stayed in nicer places. For the price we felt that the home could have been much cleaner. The carpets are filthy, the countertops were dirty and there was a lot of dust throughout the house. Also, one individual in our group in allergic to cigarrette smoke and she had a very difficult time in the house....do you allow smoking in the home? It took about an hour for the heat to finally warm the house which apparently was supposed to have been turned on prior to our arrival. For the nightly price we paid we have stayed in much nicer homes in the past. The location was great...very easy to get to main street. The service was fine...the gentlemen who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. I think if you would have the home really cleaned specifically the carpets it would really help.

Manager
Thanks for replying to the survey. I have re-scheduled the fall carpet clean to occur immediately based on your comments. The through fall clean will also occur as soon as possible.
This is a non-smoking home and I apologize that your friend had a hard time. Between the carpet and fall cleans, the allergens should be eliminated.
I appreciate your feedback and hope we can serve you again! -

Our stay at the White Wolf property was flawless. Helpful folks in property management office, no issues at all with the unit. The location was very convenient for all local activities. Some in our group really liked the hot tub. Plenty of space for a crowd.

We went to Breckenridge to celebrate Thanksgiving 2008. It was a meeting point with family from Wisconsin and Arizona. It was beautiful and we had a lot of fun together. The townhouse was very nice and easily accessible to the downtown.

Pleasant Grove, UtahBeautiful Breckenridge
Left on 11/05/2008 for a stay in June 2008
We really enjoyed this home with our family. Great area to walk around and enjoy the beautiful evergreens, even had a bike in the garage for our grandson to enjoy. Kitchen was very adequate for all of the cooks in our family to enjoy putting a meal together. Even though it was June the nights got cool so the fireplace upstairs and in the bedroom downstairs just made things cozy.

We can't wait to stay here again! The house was very nice- beautifully furnished, great amenities and great location. It was nice being in a house instead of a condo- no worries about the kids running around disturbing the neighbors and the neighborhood was great for taking walks. It's a great setup especially if you have older kids- two story with walkout- one master bedroom upstairs and a second master in the basement/ ground level, along with two other bedrooms. Didn't get a chance to enjoy the hottub- maybe next time!

Fort Collins, CoPerfect house for our group needs.
Left on 09/19/2008 for a stay in September 2008
We are a group of 8, 65 yr. old women, who graduated from nursing school in 1964. We get together once a year to enjoy each others company and get caught up with each individuals' life. The house was perfect for us! The gathering space was well furnished, the sleeping space well spread out with comfortable beds and enough baths, and the kitchen was very well stocked.. The hot tub was a wonderful added bonus which we all enjoyed without having to fight off the kids. The area had numerous trails for comfortable walking and wildlife viewing. The location was perfect--quiet and secluded, but only one mile from town. We couldn't have been happier!
