Condo is close to the slopes of Peak 9 and the hot tub is nice.
The bed in the master as well as the second bedroom are "broken down". We had to call the office and ask for a bed topper just go make it. They are tough on the back especially after a long day on the slopes.
Also, the condo has cable tv but there is only one tv to watch it on. With two families it would be nice to watch cable at least in the master bedroom as well.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We've been to Breckenridge many times and even stayed at several more upscale (expensive) properties; but this was certainly a good value and we really needed the third bedroom. Access to the community pool was also very nice and the walk to town (5 minutes) was not an issue. Kitchen was very functional, but a new microwave is needed. Hot tub was great on our first day, but then when 'cold'; not sure why... Would go back for sure.

Close enough to slopes that it is easy to visit for lunch, breaks, or to pickup forgotten items. Food is easy, whether walking to a restaurant, ordering in, or shopping and cooking for yourself. Accomodations are well kept and spacious. Beds are comfortable and there are several bathrooms. Only downside was the number of levels, so lot's of up and down stairs.

We loved the convenience of the hot tub. The unit we stayed in really needs a little more sleeping capacity, but overall it was pleasant. The Tv's are very out of date and I haven't seen a microwave like that one in a long time. We appreciate the quick response to our calls for help with the circuit breaker, lights not working, etc. The location is ideal.

This is a nice condo in a great location. Walking distance to shopping and dinning on main street. It is one row of buildings in from edge of ski-run so very convenient for skiers.

We had a 4 night stay at the Cedars 18. The check in was smooth and helpful with the maps to get to our condo.
Although the condo was a little older than some that we've stayed at before, it was all very well maintained and would stay again there in a heartbeat!
Having the hot tub in the 3-season type porch was HUGE!!! Didn't have to walk outside to get to it was really nice.
probably only downfall was the tv. We were there over Super Bowl sunday and the picture wasn't real clear. (or maybe we're just spoiled at home) ha!
other than that, super nice place.
will go through GWL again if we go back to Breckenridge.
